AWA HELL ON EARTH, January 16th, 2005, Indianapolis, IN, RCA Dome
CLICK HERE FOR HELL ON EARTH VIDEO
(The AWA logo flashes about the screen, and suddenly we are looking about the RCA Dome in Indianapolis. The fans are going insane as the arena goes bright and ablaze from the pyrotechnics exploding about the arena. We then cut away to a scene as an ominous red haze covers a field. Pieces of metal and burning wreckage scatter the field. As a low voice begins.)
"Hell on Earth, the pain, the carnage, the suffering"
(We catch a glimpse of Dave Santini standing with arms crossed over the bloody body of Dark Warrior, and we hear the jeers of the fans, before a shot of Dave Santini is seen on the earlier field. His confident sneer as always adorns his face.)
"One man's obsession with another man's destruction"
(The scene switches to that of Wrestlefest as Dark Warrior pins Jayson Price for the World Title and the unified helm of the AWA. From that we then see Dark Warrior as he stands amidst the Chamber. The look Dark Warriors face is one of determination and atop his left shoulder sits the World Heavyweight Title.)
"Another man's desire to show where he belongs"
(The six foot six inch frame of Snake is seen as he walks the burning abyss in front of our eyes, as the flames shoot up he continues to walk straight through them without ever flinching. He then too looks towards that hellacious structure before him the Chamber and all its sadistic glory.)
"A man's defiance and disrespect fuels his only mission tonight."
(We see Bryan Peek as he buries the chair into his brother Andy, over and over again. From that scene we see Bryan walking in his full wrestling attire through the same flames as everyone else, and towards the monstrous assembly of steel and glass.)
"A return to glory through a battle like no other"
(We see John Williams as he confidently strides towards the same Chamber as everyone previous did, we then see footage of Williams as he was the AWA Xplosion Champion. Then back we go again as Williams looks left and right and high and low towards the chamber.)
"A man's attempt to regain all that he lives for? Or his demise while walking through Hell."
(We see the scorn on the face of Brian Williams as he walks towards the chamber, with a cold and unforgiving look of pure malice. The red haze still fully in effect as the flames shoot upwards and he too walks through them.)
"One man's chance at creating a legacy that can never be tarnished."
(We see Low as he walks through the inferno, with determined look on his face, and we then skip back to the scene of Dark Warrior tapping out, Low then sees the chamber and enters in the previous scene.)
"Who will survive this year when Hell becomes reality upon Earth?"
(The scene quickly flashes through all the six competitors of The Hell Chamber., before the screen in front of us combusts and becomes a flaming inferno framing the face of Commissioner Santini)
"And what will happen as his trump card is played out"
(The scene then cuts back to the fans as they are ready to blow the roof off the RCA Dome. We then see Herb Summers and Frank Jackson at the announce table.)
(The pyro's are set off as the camera pans around the RCA Dome, amongst the thousands and thousands of screaming AWA fans. We come to rest on the faces of Herb Summers and Frank Jackson…)
HS: "Frank. We made it. Ladies and Gentleman…Welcome to AWA Hell On Earth!!"
FJ: "We sure did and what a night we have in store for each and every AWA fan out there. We have…"
HS: "Sorry to interrupt Frank, but we need to cut backstage before the show has even started"
(The camera cuts to the back, where Dave Santini stands in the doorway of the locker room. He holds a slim, stainless steel briefcase in his left hand, that dangles alongside his waist.)
Santini: "Here it is. 5 grand now, and 5 grand on final delivery, as was the deal."
(The commissioner places the briefcase down on it's feet, in the doorway, before a hand snatches it, and drags it into the shadows.)
Voice: "Excellent. And don't worry, Santini, there will be final delivery. He'll be lucky if he can crawl to the ring tonight."
Santini: "Good, that's what I want to hear."
Voice: "But remember, Dave, this is just business. It doesn't mean I like you, it doesn't mean I'm your whipping boy. It means I get paid, and if someone makes the same offer to do the same thing to you, so be it."
Santini: "Yea, well, it's not like you're the first, or last person in this world I would trust. Just get the job done!"
(Commissioner Santini turns, and presses his palm against the lens of the camera.)
Santini: "What are you doing here? This is none of your business!"
(Santini pushes back on the camera, and heads down the hallway, as the locker room door slams shut.)
FJ: "Welcome back, ladies and gentleman. It looks like Santini is wasting no time here tonight in taking business into his own hands, but we're ready to kick things off here tonight IN the ring, what have we got first, Herb?"
HS: "First up is the Triple Threat Tag Team Title Match, Frank"
FJ: "Is there anyone good in it?"
HS: "Of course there is, Frank. Not only do we have the team of Fish and Blackjack, also known as Aquatic Aces, but they will be facing two teams decided just last week in Dave Santini's Draft Lottery Pick and those two teams were Draven Shadows and Xavier Pain and Stevo and Ryu Kaisar"
A girl says in a dark cold voice:
"Hear Me now!
All crimes should be
treasured if they bring
thee pleasure somehow..."
(The girls voice echo's throughout the arena as a crow cawing then takes the place of the girls voice. Waterproof Blonde "Just Close Your Eyes" begins to play as the arena goes a dark. Around the ring fire appears out of know were. The camera rises up to show on the titan tron that the fire makes the shape of a crow around it. The lights come back on and Draven Shadows and Heather stand in the ring. Some fans jump out of their seats in shock from seeing Draven just appear out of no where. Draven takes of his trench coat and hands it to the tech guy as the fire around the ring dies out. Heather gets out of the ring as Draven gets ready for his match.)
HS: "And here comes his partner, tonight Xavier Pain, wow these two together provide an awesome physically imposing team."
FJ: "They're monster Herb, and the Aquatic Aces are gonna get crushed."
("Cowboys from Hell" hit's the PA as the lights in the arena
dim. Xavier walks out and raises his arms as the crowd boos. He walks down the
ramp and rolls into the ring. He stares at Draven as the two men then begin discussing strategy.)
HS: "And their opponents tonight as selected in the lottery"
("The Taste of Ink," by The Used begins to play and Stevo and Dirty immediately walk down the entrance ramp towards the ring, followed by Ryu Kaiser. Stevo is wearing a black sleeveless shirt that reads "801" in white letters, tight dark denim jeans, and blue and white basketball shoes. He has a red wrist band on his left arm and a black wrist band on his right arm. He is wearing a pair of Aviator sunglasses. Dirty is wearing a tight pair of ladies' purplish pink jeans and black shoes. He has on a black T-shirt. Stevo slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope while Dirty stays on the outside.)
HS: "And finally the champions Frank."
FJ: "We're gonna finally get this show on the road"
(Erie music hits and the lights change to a blue tint and move in a way to make it seem that the whole arena is under water along with the underwater lighting comes lights that show aces of spades all through out the arena and on the AWAtron, "Maxwell Murder" by Rancid hits and the crowd erupts in cheers as water shoots from the stage at the same time that sparks fly out from the corners of the AWAtron. Fish and Blackjack come running out of the back each slapping the pre-outstretched hands of the fans on either side of the ramp way, they do this going all the way around the ring then meet by the announce tables and give each other a big jumping high five and yelling "BAM!" Blackjack slides into the ring and Fish slingshots himself over the top rope.)
HS: "And starting off this hell on earth looks to be BlackJack, and Stevo, along with Draven Shadows."
(The action begins as BlackJack and Stevo both go after the big man. Black Jack begins to throw stiff rights and lefts, that rock Draven, and as he steps back he is nailed with a dropkick by Stevo. Black Jack then allows Stevo to get up before nailing him with a clothesline. Draven gets back into the action as he flies back in with a clubbing blow to the back of BJ's neck. Draven picks up Stevo, and then whips him to the ropes, on the rebound Draven nails him with a big boot, and goes over to tag his partner.)
FJ: "A good start by Draven and here comes Pain."
HS: "BlackJack seems a little off tonight."
(Pain picks up where Draven leaves off heading straight for Stevo. He drops a solid elbow on him before picking him up and tossing him onto his shoulder, delivering a solid shoulder breaker. BlackJack then gets back into it again, Pain sees him coming though and jumps forward attempting a deadly clothesline, however BlackJack drops down delivering a drop toe hold and then floating over and applying a chin lock. Stevo however quickly breaks it up with a kick to the spine of BlackJack. Stevo then tags in Kaiser, who gets met with a stiff back elbow, then he is lifted high and brought down with amazing force as Pain delivers a viscous spine buster.)
HS: "Ryu Kaiser just got drilled Frank."
FJ: "Pain has amazing power"
HS: "Wait a second a tag to the Fish and neither Pain nor Kaiser seen it"
(The Fish comes in with fists of fury and starts to unload on Pain, Pain reels back, and then takes a drop kick to the knee that puts the 6 foot 7 incher to his knee, Fish then plants one foot in the gut of Pain before delivering a devastating Enziguri.)
HS: "Wow, Frank they heard that one all over Indianapolis."
FJ: "Pain just dropped like a rock. I think these smaller guys may be too quick for the giants like Shadows and Pain."
(The Fish goes for the pin, 1………2……….and Shadows runs in for the save. Kaiser in the meantime has tagged Stevo back in. He rushes Shadows but the ref forces Shadows back out of the ring. Stevo then waits for the fish to get up before performing a hurricanrana He then goes for a pin, but BJ steps in to break the count on one.)
HS: "The ref needs to contain this match."
(Pain meanwhile tags in Shadows, whom grabs Fish and lifts him high above his head in a two handed choke. Stevo then mounts the turnbuckle and as Shadows drops Fish, Stevo launches himself forward, with a high cross body attempt however Shadows catches him in mid air and walks him towards the ropes and drops him out onto the outside. Shadows then goes back to work on the Fish, he picks him up and whips him to the ropes, catching him with a huge flying clothesline.)
HS: "The much smaller Fish is in big trouble here tonight."
FJ: "Both him and BlackJack seem to be just a little off their game tonight."
(Shadows then drops a knee on Fish and whips him into the corner, before following in with a clothesline. Fish hits the ground, and Shadows begins to stomp away. He drags Fish into the center of the ring, and delivers a piledriver, and then goes for the cover. 1………2…….kickout! Fish grabs his head in pain, and then Draven lifts him up again this time attempting a military press, he gets him up however Fish struggles free and drops down on Draven's shoulders spins around and executes a hurricanrana of his own this time. Draven is up immediately attempting a clothesline, however Fish ducks, leaps up Draven's back and then again flings himself around completely a perfectly executed flying headscissors, he then scrambles over and tags in Black Jack, Draven seems infuriated, he charges Black Jack however BJ counters with a deep arms drag, followed by another and then another. The crowd roars in approval.)
FJ: "Damn it! Get that little freak Draven."
HS: "You call BlackJack a freak when Draven Shadows apparently kills people for fun?"
FJ: "That's a good point Herb.."
(Stevo has managed to climb into the ring, and at this point in time he has tagged in Kaiser again. Kaiser now runs towards BJ, however he catches a boot in the stomach followed by an awesome DDT. Draven charges again this time BlackJack catches him square on the chin with a spring-board back elbow. BJ then climbs the turnbuckle and delivers his signature flying elbow from the top rope on Kaiser, he goes for the pin, however Shadows kicks him in the back of the head interrupting the count. Shadows lifts BJ up and attempts a chokeslam, however BlackJack then breaks free, and ducks down under Draven..)
HS: "ACES OF SPADES…."
FJ: "No…kick out Draven..!!!!"
HS: "ITS OVER!!!"
(BlackJack covers. The ref starts to count as do the fans. 1……………….2…………………..NO! Xavier Pain breaks the count at the very last moment! BlackJack then tags in Fish who immediately leaps to the top rope. Draven is still down and Fish awaits Kaiser to get up. Kaiser gets up looking VERY groggy Fish takes flight and the crowd goes insane as they witness the high impact Tornado Flatliner.)
HS: "Dear God Frank…What a MOVE!"
FJ: "That was incredible…Fish shouldn't be allowed to use that move…ITS CHEATING!!"
HS: "No its innovation Frank, and it was unreal, listen to these fans."
(Kaiser is out cold after the amazing display of high flying and body control, however Draven is back now…Draven tries to grab a hold of Fish however Fish throws a few punches, Draven then backs up and as Fish comes close Draven drops him with an upper cut. Draven hits the ropes and comes back at Fish whom shocks the crowd again this time with a kick up Hurricanrana. Draven stumbles over and into the ropes. Just then we hear Bryan Peek's music begin to play.)
HS: "What the hell..!!"
FJ: "HAHA, I knew someone would save us from this."
(The music cuts out and as Fish is still staring towards the back Draven comes in with a low blow from behind. Fish cripples to the ground, Draven picks him up with a handful of mask. He then whips him into the corner, Fish hits chest first and Draven is right behind lifting him to the top rope. Draven climbs up with him and delivers a reverse Brainbuster.)
HS: "God this one is over with. He calls that Death's Cold Grip"
FJ: " Good night…"
(Draven covers Fish. Pain then sprints across the ring and intercepts BlackJack, Pain tries a clothesline but stops it with the Ace of Spades hit from absolutely no where. Black Jack then makes a dive but it is too late as Draven gets the three count.)
HS: "What a travesty of justice that was Frank."
FJ: "Of course it wasn't, Herb and Draven Shadows and Xavier Pain are the new AWA Tag Team Champions. What a shocking way to start tonight's Pay-Per-View"
(The camera cuts backstage and it shows Larry and Mark standing in the same area with microphones.)
MK: "Larry, why are you here? I was told that NHL wanted an interview."
LP: "I was told the same thing, Mark. Why are you here for the interview, you know that I should be the one doing it."
MK: "You?! No way. NHL is a fan favorite guy so he's for me. You get the guys that the fans hate, remember?"
LP: "Well we should flip a coin that I have in my pocket."
MK: "I think we should ask him. He's coming this way."
(NHL is seen walking down the hallway with his wrestling gear on. He has his newest NHL "SlapShot" t-shirt on. He has the AWA No Limit Championship around his waist as he closes in on Mark and Larry.)
NHL: "Hey guys. What's all of the commotion about?"
MK: "We're deciding who gets the interview. We know who is supposed to interview who by their status with the fans. I'm supposed to get you since the fans like you. We were going to flip a coin to see who should do it."
NHL: "Ok, I'll flip it and Larry can call it in the air."
(NHL flips the coin into the air.)
LP: "Heads!"
(NHL catches the coin and finds out that it's...)
NHL: "Well, it looks like Mark here is doing the interview because I got tails here. Larry, remember this...Tails never fails. I'll catch you later."
(NHL gives the coin in his hand to Larry he takes it and the camera sees it's actually heads. Larry runs off disappointed.)
NHL: "It actually was heads, but I didn't want him to interview me. I don't like him."
MK: "...Ok...Well you have a match tonight that you had a say in what the stipulations would be. On Shock you revealed to the entire world that the match would be a Best of Three Falls match with the first fall being decided by a non-submission move, the second fall being decided by pinfall, and the third fall, if it gets that far, being decided by a submission move. I know you explained why you picked this match with those stipulations, but can you tell us how you feel about this just a little while before it begins?"
NHL: "I feel absolutely great about this match. I feel very confident that I will be the one walking away from the match with this No Limit Championship still around my waist when it's all said and done. But there is something that I don't like heading into this match. That something is the cheap shot that is Andreas Lasiewicz."
MK: "Why do you feel this way?"
NHL: "Well it's not any new information that the guy is just insane. He just demands to have his rematch for tonight after he lost his belt less than a month ago? If he wanted his rematch, he should have requested it the week after I beat him for it, not for a pay-per-view. This match is a sham and to prove that it is, I am testing the very limit of the Gambit. This match tonight is going to prove, not only to Andreas, but to the entire world that I am the next level of competition. He wants to come out of the blue and challenge me? I have no problem with it, but be more respectful about it. I don't like my time being wasted. So in order to keep my time from being wasted, I devised this match to keep me busy tonight. I am guaranteeing victory, because when I do, it happens!"
MK: "Ok, NHL, one last question here. We know that you have confirmed your mental condition in a press conference a few days ago. Will you be in sound mental condition for your match here tonight?"
NHL: "I made my condition known to all during that press conference. I am in sound mental condition because it's an acute condition. I'll ignore that comment and want to pose this final question to Andreas Lasiewicz about my match. Andreas, the SlapShot is coming. Do you think you can stop it?"
(NHL unsnaps his No Limit Championship and raises it to the camera. He walks past the camera and it focuses on Mark.)
MK: "Very strong words from the AWA No Limit Champion. Back to you Herb and Frank."
FJ: "Frank and Herb, idiot!"
HS: "Strong words by NHL. Will he be able to live up to his guarantees? We will find out later tonight."
FJ: Oh no! Herb, you'll be happy to know which match comes next. This is the part of the night I wished to never show up.
HS: When did you make that wish, Frank?
FJ: Last night before I went to sleep.
HS: Anyway, fans, the next match is for Ortega's Cruiserweight Championship Title. We all saw last week when newcomer Xtreme Jeff pinned Ryu Kaisar to earn the right to fight tonight. It is only his second match in his AWA career and it is for the most prestigious prize in Cruiserweight Division.
FJ: MUST mention our former Cruiserweight Champion, Rawstarr. You and I know that he will get the title back. The title that Sgt. Jeremy Price stole from him.
HS: Can't you be more wrong? Our fourth participant is the former Featherweight Champion and returnee, Magnus ‘Atlas' Johansson. We all saw how disgusted Johansson was after Ortega's actions towards the diseased Ortega fan, Lillian Villanueva. Atlas, after reading all this, promised to strip Ortega of the Title. Now, Frank, do you have to agree with this one?
FJ: Yes. It was sick of Ortega... how can he do something like that to one of his greatest fans? It is completely inhumane... though, Rawstarr will win. I'm sure.
("Whatsupwitu" by Eddie Murphy, featuring Michael Jackson, starts playing through the speakers system. The crowd gives a mixed, poor reaction as Rawstarr walks out from the back. He slowly walks down the steel ramp as he tries to ignore a few fans yelling things at him. Suddenly, Mrs. Rawness walks through the curtains to a whole lot of wolf whistles and howls. Rawstarr stops on his tracks and turns towards one of the fans whistling and threats to slap him. The fan tell Rawstarr to bring it on but Mrs. Rawness, with a big smile on her face, grabs Rawstarr by the shoulder and gently drags him towards the ring.)
FJ: That's a new attitude. I like it.
HS: Rawstarr is our former Cruiserweight Champion, fans. He would have, right now, the longest Cruiserweight reign in AWA history, but let's remember when Ortega defeated him in a hair vs. reign match.
(The AWA comes to life showing clips of the match that occurred over two months ago between OOO and Rawstarr. A clip is shown when OOO pins Rawstarr to keep his hair and reset Rawstarr's Cruiserweight Title reign to nothing. The AWA fades to black as they show Rawstarr, mad, looking at the AWA Tron and mouthing some inaudible words. "Whatsupwit us" is suddenly cut off, at the same time the lights go off around the arena and "Chapter Four" by Avenged Sevenfold begins to play. Projectors start scanning the crowd before coming onto the left side of the ring, where XTJ is running down from within the crowd, towards the ring. The crowd give the newcomer a mixed reaction, though the ones that are in his path, pat the kid on the back or just extend their hands to touch his chest. XTJ jumps over the steel guardrail and slides in the ring. Rawstarr threaten to attack him but the referee stops Rawstarr as XTJ ignores Rawstarr and just heads towards one of the turnbuckles to taunt the crowd. Hundreds of flashbulbs go off as the lights in the arena go back on.)
HS: Fans, the reaction from the crowd is just fair after this kid amazingly defeated Sgt. Jeremy Price and Ryu Kaisar, last week, in his debut match, to get the opportunity to fight alongside three of the greatest cruiserweights in the history of the AWA, for a chance to obtain the greatest price in Cruiserweight division.
FJ: I saw how Jeff cheated to win that match, Herb. I know I saw it.
HS: Whaaaat?!
(The AWA Tron flickers on to life once again. This time, they show a clip from last week's Triple Threat Match, on Shock. They show a clip when XTJ gets on the apron, grabs Price by the hair, gets on the top turnbuckle, with one jump, and hops up in the air and lands seated on Price's shoulders, before leaning back and rolling Price into a quick pin. Price kicks out. Then, they show when XTJ hits the Side Effect on Kaisar before pinning him for the three count. The Titan Tron goes off. XTJ is seen smiling after looking at the footage just shown. Then, "Chapter Four" fades off and the crowd goes silent for a moment, expecting their current hero to show up on stage. ‘‘ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIBBBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAA'' shrilly echoes through the stadium as a graphics packages is shown on the 'Tron'. ‘‘El Diablo" by Arcadia hits as the fans instantly begin to boo. When the lyric 'only the brightest shine, but not forever' hits, Orlando comes out from the back looking very intense, with his cruiserweight title draped over his left shoulder. Half-way down the ramp he begins jawing and taunting some of the jeering crowd members. He fakes a high five to any young fan and pumps himself up before charging the ring, hopping up onto the apron in one leap, he holds his title belt high and then doing a senton splash over the top rope, rolling to his feet where he opens his arms wide, arrogantly living up the jeers from the crowd.)
HS: He is actually enjoying the insults from the crowd, Frank. And what's up with the "El Diablo" thing? I thought he was Outrageous.
FJ: Completely sick... HA! I kinda like him though. This attitude will rocket him to stardom very quick.
(OOO gets serious as he ‘orders' Rawstarr to open way for him; his face immediately changes as he turns towards one of the turnbuckles and hops on it, showing his title. XTJ intensively looks at OOO as "El Diablo" fades off abruptly. Ortega hops off the turnbuckle and faces towards the ramp, as well as Rawstarr and XTJ.)
HS: I believe Ortega didn't like the fact that they didn't let him finish his new ring entrance routine.
FJ: How disrespectful is that? They–
(Frank's sentence cuts in half as the Atlas Theme hits the arena speakers. Blue and yellow spotlights sweep the crowd as they pop into incredible cheers and "Atlas" chants. Ortega looks very disturbed as he drops the Title on the mat and begins to yell in Spanish towards the entrance ramp. After about 20 seconds into the Atlas Theme, Atlas comes out from the back and stands on top of the ramp. He has a microphone in hand. Atlas doesn't rush towards the ring, as usual, but instea, he turns around and makes a sign with his arms. Then, the crowd looks on confused as they see a wheelchair, with a girl sitting on it, being pulled out from the back by a stunningly beautiful woman; she looks much like Salma Hayek. The crowd, though confused, cheer on.)
HS: Why it's Isabel Chavez. Atlas' former valet and manager. And who might that young girl in the wheel chair be?
(Johansson smiles at the little girl, as she smiles back. She looks like a very sick child; bold from chemotherapy and actually has an IV next to her. Isabel puts the brakes on the wheel chair and stands next to it, to the right. Atlas raises the mic towards his lips and begins to speak, as he looks towards Ortega.)
Johansson: Cut the music! Cut the music!
(The Atlas Theme slowly fades off)
Johansson: Ortega, you see this little girl right here next to me? You see this smile on her face? Do you have any idea who this is?
(They show Ortega as he begins to lean on the ropes and yell at Johansson, daring him to get in the ring already. Though, curiosity pops on his face. XTJ and Rawstarr look on as well.)
Johansson: Actually, I'll let you figure that out for yourself. Right here...
(Isabel pulls out a couple of papers out of the back pocket of the wheel chair and hands them to Atlas. Atlas looks into them for a minute before raising them for everyone to see them.)
Johansson: Right here are a couple of letters I managed to get from a ‘secret' source. Right here is the letter that this little girl sent you two days ago, on Friday, via your fan mail. This little girl is 13-year old Lillian Villanueva!!
(The crowd start cheering loudly as they show Lillian on camera and the AWA Tron, smiling at Atlas.)
FJ: What is that girl doing here? How did Magnus manage to get in touch with her?
HS: I don't know about that, Frank. All I know is that Ortega cannot believe it. I think Ortega is feeling kind of sick with himself for responding all those nasty things to a little sick girl.
Johansson: You wanna remember some things Lillian told you about herself?
(Atlas begins to quote some things from the letter Lillian wrote. The crowd goes completely silent as he reads on.)
Johansson: "I just want to say, one last time, that I still believe in you, OOO, and I just know you won't disappoint me at Hell On Earth!"... do you think you'll disappoint her tonight, Ortega? I THINK YOU ALREADY DID!! I won't even quote what you wrote her back, Ortega. It makes me SICK! Like I said before, Ortega... reading this letter you wrote, gives me more than one reason to defeat you and take that Cruiserweight Title as well... but I won't just do that... instead, I will DESTROY you!
FJ: It's on!!
(Atlas drops the mic and rushes down the ramp as the crowd cheers on. XTJ, Ortega and Rawstarr get ready as Atlas slides inside the ring under the bottom rope as the referee signals the bell for the official start of the match. Atlas quickly gets up and launches towards Ortega. Atlas takes Ortega down with a spear and starts punching away. Atlas really pounds into the face of Ortega as Rawstarr and XTJ get into a battle of fists as well. Atlas gets to his feet and shoots his hands in the air as the crowd cheers him on, he grabs Ortega and picks him up delivering forearms to the face and backing him into the ropes as he sends him off them and catches him back on the exchange with a hard clothesline that sends him down. Rawstarr dives down to try for an early cover on Ortega but XTJ hit's a running shooting star press from the mat on him to break it up.)
HS: "Hard and face hitting action early on in this one."
( Atlas and XTJ go at it now exchanging rights and lefts as Atlas throws him to the ropes and hit's a huge backdrop and XTJ gets up and gets clothesline back down, OOO is up and giving chops to Rawstarr backing him into the corner and then climbing up the ropes and hitting a kick to the face that sends rawstarr down. He springboards off the second rope and 180's around delivering a hurricanrana to Atlas sending him to the outside under the ropes and then getting up and getting chopped by XTJ, OOO chops back and hits another chop and locks in an arm wrench but XTJ reverses with one of his own. OOO rolls to the ground kicks up and shoots to his feet delivering a swinging neck breaker to XTJ. )
HS: "The champ is now in control with this one."
FJ: " This is what the CruiserWeight division is all about."
( Atlas Johanson gets back up onto the ring apron and springboards up and over to the top rope and then collides with Ortega with a huge clothesline sending him hard to the mat. Atlas gets up and see's Rawstarr coming at him and then gives him a kick to the gut and a European uppercut then snap suplexes him hard to the mat but keeps it in and delivers another snap suplex then floats over for the cover. He gets a two count but Ortega gets up and breaks the count with a axe handle to the back he picks up Atlas and whips him into the ropes and goes for a clothesline but it gets ducked and then he runs forward and springboards off the second rope and hit's a reverse spinning kick to the face ala AJ styles and knocks Atlas down, he goes for the cover.)
HS: " Ortega is showing his speed in this match and his high flying ability."
FJ: " And Atlas is showing the power he has in that ring."
( Ortega only gets a two count and picks up Atlas but XTJ comes after him leaps up onto his shoulders and then spins around and delivers a hurricanrana that sends Ortega right into the standing atlas and into the corner as XTJ leaps to his feet and the crowd eats it up! Atlas hit's the corner and shakes it off then jumps over Ortega and cross bodies XTJ but XTJ rolls through and then Atlas rolls through it again and goes for the cover, ONE..TWO…KICKOUT.)
HS: "Boy was that close."
FJ: "They both rolled through on that and Atlas is back up."
(Atlas catches XTJ as he gets up and scoops him up and rams him into the corner and holds onto him and then power slams him out of the corner. Rawstarr gets up and charges at Atlas but he side steps him and throws him over the ropes to the outside Ortega is up now and dropkicks Atlas as he turns and sends him up over the top rope with it. XTJ and Ortega get into a battl of punches and Ortega sends XTJ into the ropes and telegraphs the move and XTJ jumps onto the back of Ortega using it as a springboard and front flips over the top rope and crashes into Rawstarr and Atlas on the outside. Ortega looks to the outside and XTJ is starting to stir Ortega goes to the farthest corner and then runs straight across the ring to the other corner climbs up to the second rope jumps onto the top rope doing a 180 and springboards off that with a corkscrew moonsault colliding into everyone getting up on the outside.)
HS: " OH my god!"
FJ: "Did you see all of that?!"
HS: "These athletes are amazing."
(The ref doesn't even bother to count and runs to the outside checking on all four men. Ortega is starting to stir using the ref to help pick himself up and He slides back into the ring and XTJ follows soon after and then Atlas and then Rawstarr, all four men slide in and go to there corners leaning into them and looking across the ring at each other then they all come out at once and go for dropkicks but its all at the same time and then they get up again and lock up, Atlas with XTJ, Ortega with Rawstarr. Ortega kicks at Rawstarrs side and Atlas elbows at XTJ's face but then Rawstarr and and XTJ come back and back up Atlas and Ortega into each other with punches and chops they whip them into the same corners but both men grab up and push upward as they run under them Atlas and Ortega catch both of them in monkey flips and monkey flip them across the ring and into each other. The both get up and shoot glares at each other as the two men grab there backs on the ground.)
HS: " I don't think I've quite seen half of the things that have happened in this match anywhere."
FJ: " You and everyone else here."
( Ortega and Atlas lock up and Atlas gets the advantage with a snap mare and headlock but Ortega is quick to his feet with a hammer lock and Atlas counters that with a jumping vertical Snapmare and lock sin the headlock again. XTJ is up now and dropkicks the face of Atlas as he goes into the corner and he gets quick to his feet grabing the legs of Ortega and flips forward for the cover. ONE..TWO…Ortega uses both hands and clubs the ribs of XTJ and he lets go of the cover and of Ortegas feet as Ortega grabs him and uses his overall body strength to lift up and then turn it around and into Northern lights suplex with a bridge but Atlas stops the count by stomping on the stomach of Ortega and then He picks him up and throws him into the corner delivering multiple shoulder thrusts into his gut. Ortega knees up right into the chest of Atlas and grabs him in a headlock and climbs the rope spinning off with a huge tornado DDT planting him firmly on his head and then getting up and calling for his tope rope finisher but befor ehe gets to the ropes XTJ and Rawstarr are there to break it up and they whip him into the ropes and go for a double clothesline but he ducks it and returns as they go for another double clothesline but he kicks up breaking the grip of there arms and grabs Rawstars hand and clutches it then runs up the ropes and leaps off catching XTJ in a head scissors and sending Rawstarr down with a arm drag. Both men get up and Ortega delivers a Dropsault to XTJ backing him into Rawstarr in the corner and then splashes them both.)
HS: " Ortega in full charge now."
FJ: " Showing why he is the Cruiserweight Champion."
( Ortega goes after Atlas and whips him into the other 3 men in the corner and all of them stumble out and Rawstarr falls to his knees in the corner. Ortega kicks XTJ in the gut and pulls him in with a DDT and Grbas Atlas by the back of the head with a neck breaker and drops them both at once. He goes for the cover ONE…TWO…THR…Atlas kicked out. Ortega picks him up and whips him into the ropes and goes for a whip toss but Atlas blocks it and hip tosses Ortega instead and then picks him up and scoop slams him to the mat and then drops a knee on the face. Ortega sits up grabbing his face And Atlas helps bring him to his feet only to send him back down with a belly to Belly suplex. And he backs away waiting for Ortega to get up.)
HS: " He could be going for the shrug."
FJ: " What a devastating maneuver that move can be."
( XTJ is up to stop Atlas though and he gets a belly to belly suplex and then comes Rawstarr and he gets a Belly to Belly suplex right on top of XTJ. As he turns around Ortega is already up and delivers a climb up inzaguri knocking Atlas down. He yells "TIME FOR T" And ascends to the top rope. Atlas is getting to his feet and turns around and Ortega goes for it with a front flip but Atlas darts under him to the corner and he lands on his feet Atlas turns around just as he lands and picks him up onto his shoulders in the rack but Ortega spins out of it and goes for an Arm drag but Atlas catches him on the spin in a reverse bulldog and tightens the grip then runs and delivers it.)
HS: " Remember The Titans Frank!"
FJ: " Ortega now remembers!"
HS: " It's over."
(Atlas rolls over and makes the cover, ONE…TWO…THREE!"
HS: " New Cruiserweight Champion, new champion."
FJ: "Atlas did it, what a match!"
HS: " It's what the division is been all about."
(Scene fades to the backstage area. The crowd boos loudly as Bryan Peek is seen, in his custom-made black overcoat, walking down one of the hallways of the RCA arena. There are several soda and snacks machines along the blue walls. His shoes are heard screeching on the waxed rubble floors. The reflect of his body is seen on the floor as he keeps walking towards the camera, focus written all over his face. Then, from the camera's view, to the right, walks the World Heavyweight Champion, Jeff Christianson. Neither of them notice the other one coming, until they are a good four feet from each other. They both stop dead on their tracks and stare deadly into each other's eyes without even saying a word. Both of their breathing gets heavier as the seconds pass by...)
HS: "This doesn't look good, Frank."
FJ: "They have personal issues to take care of. Let 'em go at it!! YES!"
(The crowd pops as, suddenly, Christianson drops the World Title on the ground and they charge into each other with furious rights and lefts, over and over, neither of them getting the clear advantage. Christianson eventually takes the lead and drives Bryan's body right into one of the snack machines, busting its glass to shattered pieces. Bryan comes off quickly and charges towards an already confident Christianson, kneeing him right in the stomach. Christianson bends down, holding his stomach, as Bryan nails the World Champion with a double-axe handle to the back. Christianson drops face down on the ground before Bryan Peek starts stomping away on Christianson's body. The crowd pops even louder as Christianson, with a quick agile move, turns around and catches an oncoming right foot to his face, applying a quick, but effective, Grapevine Anklelock on Bryan Peek, taking him down in the try. Christianson is now on one knee, trying to break Bryan's ankle like he would do with a tweak. Bryan's scream of desperation turn louder; Christianson's face is one full of rage and anger. Christianson lets out a victory scream as Bryan starts taping on the floor in desperation.)
HS: "Oh, come one! Somebody stop this! Bryan Peek will not even make it to the main event if Christianson brakes his ankle!!"
FJ: "Herb, let him. Payback's a bitch!"
HS: "I thought you liked Bryan Peek!?"
FJ: "I do, but this is just too awesome!"
(Eventually, security personnel arrive to the scene and try to take Christianson off of Peek's ankle, but with no avail. Finally, after loosing his balance, Christianson loosens the tight on Peek's ankle, giving Peek a chance to twist on his side and land a vicious kick right on Christianson's face! Finally, the World Champion lets go of the Grapevine Anklelock and Bryan Peek gets on his feet, with trouble, but manages to balance himself on his left foot. Security personnel try to separate the two men but Bryan instantly charges at Christianson, taking him down with a powerful Peek Spear!! Both men down, Peek grabs a hold of his own right foot with his two hands, screaming in pain. Three guys from security finally grabs Bryan Peek and lift him off the ground as other four do the same with Christianson. Very shortly after, five more security personnel arrive the scene, to prevent any more street fighting go off between the two raged men.)
HS: "Thank God. I think Christianson could've easily ended Peek's career if he would've held on to that Grapevine Anklelock for a few more seconds. Look at Peek; he's in pain."
FJ: "Why do those guys have to always brake up the fights! They are so not fun."
HS: "I think everything is now under control and--"
(Suddenly, Peek gets loose from the men's grip, grabs a nearby steel chair and charges towards a momentarily distracted Christianson. Peek drives down the steel chair right onto Christianson's head, but manages to nail two of the security guards as well. All three men go down, but one of the security men got the worst part of it, after getting his head busted open.)
HS: "Sweet lord! Bryan Peek just busted open an AWA official! I can't believe it! He was supposed to aim for Christianson!!"
FJ: "And he did, too. Look at Christianson. He knows it's a miracle he didn't get his head busted open with that steel chair."
(Peek tries to step forward but looses his balance due to the pain on his right foot, dropping the chair in the try. Christianson checks his head for blood again, and, after seeing it on his right hand, he charges towards Peek once again, but two of the five security men who arrived earlier, finally manage to get a hold of Peek and Christianson, as the other three attend their fallen co-worker. Finally, after what seemed an eternity, both men are separated and taken opposite ways, as they both scream all sort of things at each other. Scene abruptly fades to black.)
HS: "Christianson thought that the blood on his hand was actually his. It was the security guard's blood, gushing from his forehead."
FJ: "Sweet! I wish we could get more of these fight in every show."
HS: "Fans, I am not sure what will happen to Dark Warrior's and Bryan Peek's attendance on the Hell Bowl Elimination Chamber tonight. Bryan Peek almost got his ankle snapped, while Christianson got a good portion of that chair shot to the head... or heads."
FJ: "Anyway, what a match that we have scheduled for everyone here next, right here at the RCA Dome here in Indianapolis. While the Colts may be in New England, we have AWA wrestlers right here to replace those colts right here in the RCA Dome."
HS: "Frank, up next we have Maxx Skabb going against Poppa. Before we get into this match, I think we should look into this new rivalry between Poppa and Maxx Skabb."
FJ: "I would think so, Herb. To update some fans who don't know the history, it all started in last November when Ted Goldstein fired Poppa on an episode of Xplosion. Tiffany then sought new employment and that led her to the side of Maxx Skabb. Tiffany tried with all of her might to change Maxx for the better. She tried to change how he dresses. She coached him on the ethics of winning."
HS: "Yes Frank. And then things turned to the worst for Maxx Skabb. He lost the Battle Royal match at Wrestlefest. Tiffany then tried to set Maxx straight by trying to force him to start winning matches. She treated him like dirt to try to get him some motivation. But during one of Maxx's matches, Poppa came out and interfered, causing Maxx another possible win. After this interference, Tiffany pleaded to get Poppa reinstated so Maxx could exact some revenge."
FJ: "And it was during that match where everything heated up and things went horribly wrong for Maxx Skabb. It was during that match when Tiffany showed her true intentions for getting Poppa reinstated in the AWA. She turned her back on Maxx Skabb and re-aligned herself with Poppa. Now, right here tonight, Maxx Skabb is looking to get his true revenge. He is probably going to be more focused here than he has been in a long time. Tonight, it's Maxx Skabb fighting a battle against Poppa, and that should be starting now."
(The lights dim and "Duality" by Slipknot starts to play in the RCA Dome, starting softly with "I push my fingers into my ..." before picking up in volume, as Corey Taylor begins to scream. Sparks rain down from the ceiling, as a black light strobes through the arena. Maxx steps through the curtain, dressed in a pair of black jeans, with a hole in the left knee, and a pair of dirty combat boots, that the pants are tucked in. He also has an orange inmate button-down, with short sleeves that cover only part of his tattoos, and black fingerless gloves on both hands. His head is covered with a black bandana, with an orange skull and crossbones watching from the front of it. Maxx stands at the top of the ramp and then starts to make his way down to the ring.)
FJ: "Here we go everyone. Maxx Skabb is finally here at Hell on Earth. His actions look very intense as he makes his way to the ring."
HS: "Maxx is here tonight in the lovely city of Indianapolis to get his revenge on Poppa and Tiffany. That's his only reason for being here tonight. He is going to go into that ring and give Poppa one hell of a match, that I'm sure he hopes that he can win."
FJ: "I'm sure that there isn't any kind of doubt in his mind that he will win this match. I'm sure that if he doesn't, which I'm sure he's not going to, he is going to give Poppa one hell of a time."
(Maxx slides under the bottom rope, and mounts the middle turnbuckle, the corner closest to him. He raises his hands high, clench fist, as the song repeats "All I've got, all I've got is insane." He then steps off, striding the ring, while unbuttoning the orange "Broward County Correctional" inmate shirt. He tosses his ring attire in the corner, and begins to pace the corner, staring at the entranceway, like a caged animal.)
HS: "Maxx looks very focused here tonight."
("Big Poppa," by Notorious B.I.G. plays and bright white explosions set off on the entrance ramp. The crowd begins to boo heavily as Poppa, with his arm around the lovely Tiffany, walks onto the entrance ramp wearing his wrestling attire of white basketball shoes and a pair of blue basketball shorts. Poppa is also wearing a crimson T-shirt with the sleeves cut-off and in off-white cursive letters it reads "Epitome of Physical Fitness" on the front.)
FJ: "And here comes Poppa and the virtuous Tiffany. She has put up with a lot when she was working with Maxx Skabb, but he had what was coming to him when Tiffany turned her back on him."
HS: "What kind of convoluted logic are you using? You are just going to say that what she did was right? I can't believe you."
FJ: "Hey, if I was stuck with someone who couldn't win any kind of a match, I would leave that person. Tiffany did what she needed to do for business and she was right."
HS: "Yeah, but her past with Poppa seemed to have been something to fuel her turning on Maxx Skabb. She wanted a winner and she was going to sacrifice her alliance with Maxx Skabb to get that. I hope Poppa loses here tonight, just to spite Tiffany's decision."
(Poppa jumps up onto the ring apron as Tiffany, wearing a black mini-skirt, a low-cut sleeveless pink blouse, large hoop earrings, and black high heels, walks up the ring steps. Poppa climbs through the ropes and poses for the crowd to a mass of boos, while Tiffany bends over seductively through the ropes and into the ring. She stands behind Poppa who is staring at Maxx, who is still standing in the corner of the ring. Maxx starts to step up to Poppa and he motions for Tiffany to get over here. Tiffany flips off Maxx and leaves the ring. Maxx tries to get to Tiffany, but Poppa stands in Maxx's way. Maxx and Poppa start to glare into each other's eyes.)
FJ: "The tension here is so think I think I can cut it with a butter knife."
HS: "This is a big combustible element that is going to explode at any moment, and when it does, watch out."
(Poppa slightly turns to his right and swings his arm out to sucker punch Maxx Skabb, but Skabb saw it coming and ducks under Poppa's arm. The momentum of the powerful swing turns Poppa and Maxx rises up and delivers a neckbreaker to Poppa. Poppa rolls around the ring and gets up. Maxx stands there and laughs at Poppa's attempt.)
FJ: "Maxx is just standing there laughing at Poppa. Look at the expression on Poppa's face, it seems like Poppa is going to explode and kill Maxx Skabb."
(Poppa and Maxx lock up. The power of the two trying to get the upper hand forces them to move all around the ring. Maxx gets overpowered by Poppa and gets slammed into a turnbuckle. Maxx Knees Poppa in the gut and from that, Poppa releases his grip from the lock up. Maxx turns him and Poppa around and delivers a suplex to Poppa. With Poppa lying on the mat holding his back, Maxx gets up and walks over to Poppa, Poppa kicks at Maxx from his prone position. The kick sends Maxx into the ropes. As Maxx is leaning on the ropes, Poppa gets up and stumbles towards the referee. As the referee is tending to the condition of Poppa, Tiffany gets up on the apron. She taps Maxx on the shoulder. As Maxx turns around, Tiffany grabs Maxx's head and jumps off the apron, ramming Maxx's throat into the top rope. Maxx reels back from the attack, grabbing is throat. He lands on his back on the mat. The referee sees this and heads to Tiffany. As he's reprimanding Tiffany for what he thinks happened to Maxx, Poppa heads towards Maxx. Poppa reaches down for Maxx's legs, but Maxx responds with a kick to Poppa again, this time it's to Poppa's head. Poppa falls backwards a few steps, but is still standing.)
FJ: "What about this? Tiffany tries to interfere on the part of Poppa, but Maxx counters Poppa again with the same move that he did before. Now Poppa seems to be really angry as he charges Maxx."
(As Poppa is charging Maxx, Maxx is still holding onto his throat a little bit, and with that distraction, Poppa is able to hit Maxx with a spear, sending Maxx back to the mat with force. As Maxx is lying on the mat, Poppa starts to stomp on the midsection of Maxx Skabb. The referee starts to interfere a little, trying to pry Poppa off of Maxx. Poppa picks up Maxx and whips him into the ropes. Poppa is able to connect with a clothesline to Maxx's throat, sending Maxx to the mat. Poppa reaches down and picks up Maxx, but Maxx hits Poppa with a low blow, something the referee didn't see from the angle he is looking at the two with.)
HS: "Low blow there by Maxx Skabb, something that would merit a disqualification, but the referee didn't see it happen. This is a good break for Maxx. It will now allow him to slow down the pace of the match a little bit and also allow for his throat to heal just a little bit so he can stop holding onto it."
FJ: "But that throat was injured by Tiffany and was hit again by Poppa. That is a tender section and I know that Poppa is going to work on the throat area of Skabb."
(Maxx walks over to Poppa and whips him into the ropes. On the way back, Maxx Skabb hits Poppa with a powerful spinebuster, sending Poppa to the mat hard. Maxx covers Poppa. 1...)
FJ: "2.and Poppa kicks out. Maxx almost got the win there. About another 2/3 of a second and this match would have been over."
HS: "That would be a travesty if this match ended now. I want to see how long these two can battle each other and what else these two can do to each other."
(Maxx, obviously upset that Poppa kicked out of the pinfall, stands up Poppa and hits him with a European uppercut. Poppa reels back a few more steps. Maxx ties up with Poppa gain, but Poppa is able to power out of Maxx's hold. Poppa kicks Maxx in the gut and then delivers a back breaker to Maxx, sending Maxx to the mat. While Maxx is on his back, writhing in pain, Poppa delivers a falling headbutt to Maxx's throat, causing some more pain to Maxx Skabb. Poppa then puts Maxx into a camel clutch.)
HS: "First Poppa hits Maxx with a back breaker, then he headbutts Skabb's already hurting throat, then he puts Maxx into the camel clutch. It appears that Poppa wants to end this one quickly and swiftly."
FJ: "He also seems to want to put a very bad hurting onto Maxx Skabb. I don't think that Poppa wants to ever fight Maxx again. Maxx was showing some good wrestling before, but it seems that now Poppa controls this match."
(Maxx struggles as much as he can, but he seems that he can't get out of the move. Maxx's position is only a little more than an arm's reach from the bottom rope. The look on Maxx's face shows that he's fading fast from the pain to his throat and his back. Tiffany comes out now in front of Maxx, taunting him. Maxx is helpless in this position so Tiffany is just spitting out profanities and taunting the fading Maxx Skabb. The referee raises Maxx's arm in the air and it falls for a 'one'. The referee raises it again, but Maxx keeps his arm in the air. Poppa puts more pressure into the hold, but the look in Maxx's face changes as he focuses on Tiffany. Tiffany is still standing there laughing at Maxx and just humiliating him. Maxx then starts to claw his way forward. He reaches his arm out and it's just a few inches from the bottom rope. He claws his way towards the rope some more. His fingers touch it, but it's not enough. He claws forward some more, but then Tiffany grabs the rope and pulls it towards her. The referee sees this and kicks the rope. Tiffany lets go from the force of the kick and the referee starts to yell at Tiffany. While this is happening, Maxx is still moving closer to the bottom rope. The referee looks down and sees Maxx grab the bottom rope. Poppa doesn't let go as the referee starts his five count. Poppa breaks the hold on three and Maxx is free from the move.)
HS: "Maxx is finally free from the move, but you have to wonder to yourself, Frank, how much energy did that move take out of Maxx Skabb."
FJ: "I am wondering that same thing. It seems that Maxx is trying with all of his might now to get to his feet. He's probably thinking to himself back to when Tiffany purposefully grabbed Maxx's foot when he was fighting Poppa on Poppa's first match back. Maxx is probably fuelling his desire to win the match by using his hatred for Tiffany and Poppa for the match."
(Poppa starts to hammer on Maxx with some powerful right hands. After a few of them, Maxx puts up an arm to block the next one and hits Poppa with a right hand. Poppa takes a step back and then tries to hit Maxx again, but Maxx blocks the shot again. Tiffany then gets on the ring apron and tries to enter the ring. The referee runs to stop Tiffany from interfering in the match. From Maxx's standpoint, he can see this happening. He kicks Poppa below the belt and heads over to Tiffany. He grabs her hair and tries to get her into the ring. Poppa has now recovered somewhat to Maxx's cheap shot and runs over and clubs Maxx on the back of his head. Tiffany is able to freely escape the ring unharmed. When she gets out, she fixes her hair.)
HS: "That's a crying shame. Tiffany almost had what was coming to her."
FJ: "Oh well Herb. Better luck next time. HAHA!"
HS: "What's that supposed to mean. That young woman deserves something like that from Maxx Skabb after what she has done to him."
FJ: "And I said better luck next time."
(Maxx is now grabbing the back of his head and he turns around. Poppa, still a little shaken up, walks back over to Maxx after he has checked on Tiffany who has moved to another part of ringside. Poppa locks up with Maxx and sets Maxx up for a German suplex. Maxx is able to block the suplex attempt and grabs Poppa's arms. Maxx is elbowing Poppa in the forearms and Poppa releases his grip on Maxx. Maxx spins around and kicks Poppa in the gut. He whips him into the ropes and punches Poppa in the face. He then reaches Poppa and hits him with a hanging sidewalk slam. Poppa lays on his back in obvious pain. Maxx picks up Poppa and whips Poppa into the ropes. Poppa tries to hit Maxx with a clothesline, but Maxx ducks and bounces off the opposite ropes. On the way back, Maxx hits Poppa with a running shouldertackle, knocking Poppa straight back down to the mat with some force. Maxx goes for another pin. 1...)
HS: "2..and Poppa is able to kick out at the last second. This has been a great match thus far. Maxx Skabb and Poppa are showing how much this match means to them in that ring. They are putting their bodies on the line to prove once and for all who is the best between the two."
(Maxx gets up from the mat. He walks around the ring, obviously frustrated that the second pin attempt didn't go as planned. Poppa gets up to his feet and he starts to stalk Maxx. Maxx turns around and Poppa charges for a spear, but Maxx saw it coming and sidesteps it. Poppa runs straight into the turnbuckle, shoulder first. Maxx smirks at Poppa's mistake and he slowly walks over to Poppa. As Maxx bends over to reach Poppa, Poppa punches Maxx in the stomach, knocking the wind out of Maxx as he is seen gasping for air. Poppa rises up and picks up Skabb and delivers the Big-Up. Both men lay on the mat.)
FJ: "I can't believe that Poppa was able to hit Maxx with the Big-Up. It seemed to have come out of nowhere. I don't think that Poppa will be able to get the pin on Maxx, he's just lying there."
HS: "Because of the inactivity, they referee is implementing his ten count on the downed competitors. We can certainly hear Tiffany screaming at Poppa to get up and get the pin on Maxx."
(Tiffany is banging on the apron and screaming at Poppa. Poppa starts to stir as the referee gets to 'four' in his ten count. He is able to drape his arm over Maxx who is still struggling to get deep breaths. The referee starts his count, 1...2...)
FJ: "I can't believe it. Even though poor Maxx is unable to properly breathe, he is still fighting through this match."
HS: "I don't think that Maxx should get any of our serious sympathy. I mean Maxx is sure to be the fan favorite here tonight, but Maxx still has a bothersome past and I won't give my sympathy to him, I'll just root for him to put the beating on Poppa here tonight."
(Poppa is able to get to his feet after a close pin attempt on Maxx Skabb. When he gets to his feet, he is a little wobbly.)
HS: "I think that shoulder must be badly damaged because Poppa is slow at moving around. He was barely able to get the Big-Up off and he was barely able to get the pin. I think that shoulder probably cost Poppa an easy exit from the match tonight."
(Poppa walks over to Tiffany holding his shoulder while Maxx Skabb has been able to roll out of the ring and onto the mat below to try to slow the tempo of the match down some more. Maxx then stands up and starts to look around the crowd. Poppa is still near the vicinity of Tiffany near the turnbuckle. Maxx then walks over to the announcing table and grabs a chair that was lying next to Frank and Herb. Maxx walks over to Tiffany with the chair in his hand and Tiffany catches Maxx out of the corner of her eye and she starts to run up the ramp. Maxx is smiling as he is stalking Tiffany with the chair. Poppa leaves the ring and runs towards Maxx. Maxx stops about three feet from Tiffany. Poppa delivers a standing drop kick to Maxx and he goes flying towards Tiffany. Tiffany, after noticing what Poppa had planned, runs away just in time to avoid colliding with Maxx.)
HS: "That woman just missed being clocked by Maxx Skabb. She was very lucky."
FJ: "Apparently she is so scared by Maxx that she's standing halfway up the ramp now, which is very far from the ring, maybe thirty feet from the set-up."
HS: "I guess the referee is going to allow this outside battle because he knows that the AWA fans will riot if they don't get the chance to see the official ending of this battle."
(Poppa picks up the chair that Maxx dropped on the ground and slams the chair onto the back of Maxx Skabb. Maxx screams in pain and covers his back. Poppa raises the chair again and we hear Maxx scream again. Maxx is holding his back and screaming in pain as Poppa raises the chair into the air with one arm. The referee is now trying to grab the chair off of Poppa, but Poppa shrugs the referee away and threatens the ref with a back hand. The referee gets pissed and starts to get in Poppa's face. The ref starts pointing at the 'AWA Official' badge on his shirt and Poppa starts screaming in the face of the ref. During this time, Maxx is now back onto his feet. He spins Poppa around and kicks him in the gut. Then Maxx follows that up with four knees to that same area, which sends Poppa down to one knee, with his left arm resting on the chair that he still has. Maxx then follows the knees up with a kick to the side of Poppa's head. Poppa falls to the ground. Maxx picks up the chair that Poppa left free. Maxx hits Poppa in the knees with the chair two times before the referee rips the chair out of Maxx's hands. Maxx then picks up Poppa and whips him down the entrance isle. After running about ten feet, Poppa falls to his feet. Maxx runs after Poppa. He picks him up and delivers an elbow to Poppa's face. Maxx grabs Poppa by the head and walks towards the ring. Maxx then stops near the ring and smashes Poppa's head off the barricade near the fans.)
FJ: "Well it seems that this match has really turned around from what it was a short while ago. It seems as though Maxx now has the upper hand in what seems to be a back and forth battle here tonight at Hell on Earth."
HS: "Well put Frank. That was probably the best kind of commentating I have ever heard from you ever since we have been reunited at Wrestlefest."
FJ: "I try."
(After Maxx has picked up Poppa off of the ground, he whips him into the ring steps which implode upon impact. Poppa is buried in the steps as Maxx starts to pull the steps off of his opponent. Maxx decides to take the one set of steps and ram Poppa into his tender midsection. After the initial blow, the referee pulls at Maxx's arms and Maxx puts the steps on the ground. While Maxx is tied up with Poppa in the ringside area, Tiffany starts to come down the entrance ramp and walks slowly down the isle. Maxx picks up Poppa and whips him into the ring. Poppa slams into ring and slumps down and his torso disappears under the ring apron. Meanwhile, Tiffany has picked up the chair that Maxx had originally brought down the isle way when he was stalking Tiffany. Maxx starts to drag Poppa out from under the ring when Tiffany slams that steel chair into the back of Maxx Skabb. Maxx falls to one knee and then he tries to turn around. When he faces Tiffany, she screams 'I hate you!' at him and then she smashes the chair right into his head. The referee sees this and he rips the chair out from Tiffany's hands. He then ejects her from ringside. Tiffany starts to battle what the referee has said. As they are arguing, Maxx gets up and there is blood seen pouring out from a cut that is about an inch above his left eye. Maxx walks to the referee and says that she can stay, something that puzzles even Tiffany. The referee lets her stay. Once the referee has said that, Maxx starts to stalk Tiffany, but that is fouled up because Poppa hit Maxx in the back of the head with a forearm. Maxx lands on his face, opening his wound even more. Poppa picks up Maxx in a fireman's carry position and brings him towards the ring. He turns around and slams Maxx's body against the edge of the ring, sending Maxx to the floor of ringside. Poppa picks up Maxx's limp body and rolls him into the ring. The referee slides into the ring and starts a ten count to count out Poppa. Poppa slides Maxx's head onto the apron. Poppa hops onto the apron and does a leg drop on Maxx's head, across his throat.)
FJ: "Now it seems that Poppa has battled his way back on top and is now dominating the match at this moment."
HS: "I don't know why Maxx wanted to keep Tiffany around after she had busted his face open. But it seems that shot to Maxx's head has started the Poppa steam roller now. Maxx is lying pretty much lifeless in the ring and Poppa is rolling in right near our announcing table, which is the opposite side of Maxx Skabb. Tiffany is now standing in front of us as she continues to show her support for Poppa."
FJ: "I don't mind seeing Tiffany standing in front of us here. I have something else to look at if I don't want to call the match anymore."
HS: "What?! Frank, don't act like an idiot. Call the match."
FJ: "Ok..."
(Poppa walks over to Maxx and stands next to him. Poppa winds his foot back and kicks Maxx right in the face, opening that wound on his face a little more. Poppa stares at the blood running down the side of Skabb's face as it stains the mat near his head. Poppa picks up Skabb and sets him up for the Cougar Bomb. Then Skabb battles out and low blows Poppa for the second time of the match.)
FJ: "That's the second low blow by Maxx Skabb, but the referee wasn't in the position to give out the disqualification. I think we need a different referee here in this match."
HS: "Quit your whining. I'm trying to enjoy this match. I don't need you rambling nonsense into my ear."
(With Poppa bending over, Maxx gets up, showing new signs of life as the blood continues to flow from his face. Maxx shoves Poppa's head in between his legs and delivers a powerbomb with the remaining strength left in Maxx's body. Maxx then gives Poppa the...
FJ: "...Lethal Injection! I can't believe that Maxx Skabb has the Lethal Injection on Poppa! Poppa is trying to fight it, but Maxx is keeping it in."
HS: "To make things worse for Poppa, Maxx is now picking Poppa up while keeping the Lethal Injection locked in."
(Maxx finally gets Poppa up to his feet and then lifts up Poppa...)
FJ: "...and now gives Poppa the Overdose! This is incredible. Maxx Skabb gets the Overdose on Poppa and Poppa is lying prone in the middle of the ring. Maxx covers Poppa now, but Tiffany is standing on the apron, distracting the referee from getting the pinfall on Poppa."
HS: "That was Skabb's decision to keep her involved in this match at ringside, so now I guess he must live with those consequences."
(Maxx Skabb sees Tiffany standing on the apron arguing with the referee. He gets off of Poppa and walks over to the referee and Tiffany. Tiffany sees Maxx coming and she jumps off of the apron. Maxx just points at Tiffany saying she's lucky. Maxx then turns around and Poppa hits Maxx in the face with a big boot. Poppa goes for a pin, 1...2..but Maxx Skabb kicks out after the second count of three.)
FJ: "Oh man, Poppa almost got a win over Maxx, but Maxx was able to kick out of pinfall. This has been a close match all the way. You can tell that this match has taken a toll on both competitors in the way that they are now presenting themselves. But Tiffany seems to be the wildcard in this match. She has been the one who has been changing the tide of this match with her interference."
HS: "And I would like to add that this interference is Uncalled for because Tiffany shouldn't even be out here. The referee should have banned her from ringside, even though Maxx wanted her to stay around. That reason is still boggling me, because Maxx could have put the match away already. I think she should be banned, but I guess Maxx has a plan, or else she wouldn't have been kept out here."
(Maxx picks up Poppa off of the mat and delivers a body slam. Maxx picks up Poppa and delivers a double-arm DDT. Maxx gets up and gives Tiffany the double bird. When Maxx turns around, he reaches down and picks up Poppa, but Poppa battles back and tackles Maxx to the mat and starts to punch him in the face. After a count of 'four' does Poppa stop punching Maxx Skabb. Poppa gets up off of Maxx and then brings Maxx to his feet. Poppa sets Maxx up and delivers a Brainbuster, sending Maxx to the ring head first. As Maxx lies in the middle of the ring, Poppa runs to the nearest turnbuckle. He climbs to the top turnbuckle with a moderate level of flashbulbs going off. He points down to Maxx Skabb and jumps off the top turnbuckle with flashbulbs going off like crazy. Poppa lands splash off the top rope onto the prone Maxx Skabb. Both competitors roll around the ring after splash. The referee starts his ten count...'one'.)
FJ: "This match keeps on entertaining me every step of the way. I almost wish that it doesn't end."
HS: "Even though I share your thoughts on this match, it must eventually come to an end. Maxx Skabb and Poppa are continuing to give us their bodies in order to entertain us and everyone watching on pay-per-view at home. But this match is much more than to entertain the fans in the minds of Maxx Skabb and Poppa. This match is probably the match to show which of the two as better."
('six')
FJ: "There's a six count here and we now see Poppa trying to get to his feet. Maxx is also showing signs of light here."
(As Poppa almost gets to his feet, Maxx pushes Poppa hard into the referee. The referee goes crashing into the corner, with his head banging off of the bottom turnbuckle. After seeing the referee knocked out, Maxx Skabb smiles. He wipes some blood from his face, but it still is coming out from the cut on his forehead. Maxx runs towards Poppa and hits him with a spear of his own, keeping Poppa on the ground. Maxx rolls out of the ring and grabs a chair from the announce table. He takes the chair into the ring and stands by Poppa with the chair starting to be raised into the air. Tiffany notices what's about to happen and climbs into the ring. She walks behind Maxx and kicks him in the back. Maxx stutters near Poppa and turns around. He sees that it was Tiffany who kicked him and he starts to smile as he raises the chair above his head. Tiffany screams and covers her head with her arms, but Poppa comes to her aid and clubs Maxx in the back. Maxx drops chair to the side and falls to the floor in front of Tiffany. Poppa walks over to Tiffany and starts to yell at her, telling her to leave the ring before she gets hurt. As he's reprimanding her Maxx starts to rise to his feet.)
HS: "Oh boy, Maxx is on his feet and it appears that Poppa and Tiffany are too involved in their argument to realize that Maxx is right there."
FJ: "Get out of there Tiffany! Maxx is going for the chair. Poppa, look out!"
(Maxx gets the chair picked up in his hand. He walks over to Poppa in a crouched position. He gets behind him and then cracks Poppa in the back of the head with that chair. Poppa goes flying down to the floor, trapping Tiffany underneath him. Maxx smiles as he drops the chair to the mat. He steps over Poppa and rolls him off of Tiffany. Tiffany gets up and tries to run away, but Maxx grabs her hair and she starts to scream out of pure fear.)
HS: "I guess this is the reason why Maxx Skabb kept Tiffany in the match."
(Maxx starts to laugh as he starts to pull Tiffany towards him. She is still screaming as Maxx gets her closer to him. Finally the two are face to face, and Tiffany is screaming for Poppa to get up. She then scratches Maxx on his wound and blood starts to flow quickly from the now freshly open wound. Maxx smiles as he starts to drink the blood into his mouth. Tiffany starts screaming for help as tears start to roll down her face. Maxx closes his eyes and tips his head back. He then tips it back down and stares into the eyes of Tiffany. Then he spits a wad of blood into the face of Tiffany. She starts screaming as we can hear Maxx say 'I have been waiting a long time to do that you bitch!'. She starts to scream even louder as blood is splattered on her face. He then puts her head under his arm and lifts her up in the air...)
HS: "...for the Lethal Injection! My god, Maxx Skabb is going to give that woman what's coming to her! He is still holding her up in the air. I can't believe what I'm seeing."
(Maxx hangs her in the air then sends her down to the mat forcefully. Maxx smiles as he spits in her face. He turns around and picks up the chair on the ground. He walks over to Poppa and hits him in the legs. Poppa grabs them and starts to scream in pain. Maxx picks up Poppa and drills him in the head again. Maxx drops the chair outside the ring. He goes over and tries to revive the fallen referee. He picks him up by the collar of his shirt and drops him again. The referee starts to stir around and Maxx picks him up again. As the referee is getting his bearing straight, Maxx walks over to Poppa who is now bleeding badly from his forehead. Maxx picks Poppa up off of the mat and sticks Poppa's head under his arm to set him up for the...)
FJ: "...Lethal Injection, again! This Maxx Skabb is something else. The good fortune of luck has been on the side of Maxx Skabb tonight. Maxx has just driven Poppa to the mat. Maxx covers Poppa and the referee is dragging himself over to count the pinfall. The referee is there, can he count the fall in time?"
HS: "Let's see here 1.......2.............3! That's it folks! That's it! Maxx Skabb has defeated Poppa here in this incredible match. My god that was an incredible match. Maxx Skabb has put his body on the line and he did time and time again in this match, but Maxx Skabb has finally pulled through against Poppa. Even though he has won his match at this past Shock, this match was more important to Maxx than that Triple Threat match. This match was the match to say to Tiffany 'I can win a match without you'. That's what this match meant to Maxx when he thinks about Tiffany."
FJ: "Not only that, but it's also meant to give a message to Poppa. Maxx Skabb almost won their first encounter since Poppa's reinstatement, but Tiffany intervened. Now Skabb has defeated Poppa at his own game. Now, look what Maxx is doing in the ring."
(Maxx walks over to Tiffany's limp body and drapes it over Poppa's limp body. Maxx leaves the ring laughing at the pile in the middle of the ring.)
HS: "This was an awesome match-up and there is still more to come. Up next folks we have the No Limit Championship being decided in a Best of Three falls with NHL defending against former champion Andreas Lasiewicz."
FJ: "And we have that Thirty minute Iron Match with the US Champion Colin Baird facing Jack Happy."
HS: "And let's not forget the Hell Bowl Chamber with Jeff Christianson, Bryan Peek, Legendary Low, Snake, Brian Williams, and John Williams fighting for the AWA World Heavyweight Championship"
(The scene cuts to the back where Kelly Gunns is standing next to Low. Before Kelly can even begin to speak Low holds up all five fingers of his right hand and his left thumb.)
KELLY: "This is Kelly Gunns standing next to one of the participants of tonight's main event. Low, you are going up against five of the top wrestlers the AWA has to offer. You will also be in the same ring with your long-time rival Dave Santini. Any final thoughts before entering the Chamber?"
LOW: First of all, Kelly, you know it's always a special pleasure for me to meet you. Wanna share a beer?"
(Low briefly chuckles at this reference to times long gone by. Low then stops showing the "six".)
LOW: "It is too bad that your guy Adam Bawm can't be with us here tonight, because I am going to show the world that what they think cannot be done is indeed possible. I am going to show that Dave Santini won't be enough to keep me from winning my sixth World title. I am going to show that everything I said about Snake is true. I am going to show that Bryan Peek should not have entered that gigantic structure. I am going to show that I can humiliate John Williams whenever I want to. I am going to show that Jeff Christianson can't lace my boots in a technical NOR a hardcore environment."
(The camera now shows a close-up of Low's face.)
LOW: "And most importantly, I am going to show, that a healthy and hungry Brian Williams can be defeated in what is considered to be HIS environment. Ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at YOUR six-time World Heavyweight Champion..."
(With that, Low shoots Kelly another creepy look and then walks out of the picture.)
KELLY: "Let's go back to ringside."
HS: " Thanks Kelly and here we are getting ready for a huge rematch between the two men of NHL our NO Limit Champion and the challenger Andreas Lasiewicz ."
FJ: "It's Two out of Three falls two, thanks to the mind of NHL."
HS: " That's right and what a two out of three falls match it will be. The first fall decided by being able to capitalize and perform your finishing manoeuvre, the second is by a pin fall only and third and finally if it must come to this will be decided by submission."
FJ: "This NO Limit title is actually a great belt and includes two great ways of getting the job done in and out of the ring, this should be very interesting."
HS: Well no use in building up weeks of anticipation any longer, let the falls begin."
(The arena darkens slowly. An air siren begins to sound, with green spotlights shooting in all directions as an infamous slogan is revealed on the big screen:
"COME N' PLACE YA BETS!!"
"Welcome to the Jungle" suddenly thunders from the P.A system. The Gambit steps out from behind the curtain, a traditional cigarette in his mouth as he stalks his way down to the ring, He circles the ring, rolls in and stands on the turnbuckle surveying the fans with a grin. He hops off and then walks slowly over to the top rope before perching himself on the top rope raising his right arm in the air just as Red, Gold, and Green lights flash as "No Remorse" hit's the PA system. NHL emerges from the curtain area with his AWA No Limit Championship belt around his waist, Sarah follows behind. He stands there for a moment, staring out around the crowd, getting psyched up for the upcoming match. A short while later, NHL explodes from his trance with rage and excitement. He walks down the ramp, throwing his arms in the air, pumping himself up and the crowd for the upcoming clash. NHL then pauses in front of the ring for a few seconds, as if he couldn't wait to get in. He then makes his way to the ring steps, taking his time climbing up each step. NHL takes his time getting into the ring through the top and middle ropes. Sarah follows her husband to the ring, entering from under the middle rope. He walks to the middle of the ring, takes his No Limit belt off, and slowly raises his arms in the air with is title in one hand. He makes his way to the nearest turnbuckle and does the same. The turns to Andreas and they both stare at each other and the referee takes the belt holds it up and then gives it to the ring announcer. He has both men come to the middle of the ring and rings the bell as they pace in a circle eyeing each other.)
HS: " Very high amount of intensity going to be put into this match as both of these young athletes want a win and are thirsting for glory here with the great impressions they have already made behind them."
FJ: " There gonna give it there all and more, you can just see it in there eyes, I mean look at them."
( The stares continue and then they stop pacing around and lock up hard and fast and they struggle for position both men trading advantage and then throwing out of the lock. And staring They lock up again and NHL quickly gets into a back grapple. Andreas tries to break out and then tries for elbows to the face but NHL ducks and spins him around and out of it then connects with a kick to the gut and a whip into the ropes he catches him with a shoulder block and then hit's the ropes jumping over the body of Andreas and Andreas gets up and leapfrogs over the running NHL and then NHL catches him hard and fast on the return with a huge running forearm smash. NHL Grabs the leg of Andreas and tries to spin him over, going for The Penalty.)
HS: "He's going for one of his finishers early!"
FJ: "He's going for that STF"
HS: "No, No, not just yet."
(Andreas counters and kicks NHL in the leg and knocks his leg out as he falls back and then gets up holding onto NHL's leg this time and going for The Four Card Trick. But NHL pushes him off with his foot and he hit's the ropes he rolls up and gets to his feet just as Andreas shoots off the ropes with a Superkick but NHL throws the foot away and sides steps it getting right behind him and hitting a jumping neck breaker.)
HS: "These two men certainly want this victory."
FJ: "Already they have gone for almost all of there trademark finishers."
HS: "The No Limit title has certainly got some of the best competition here in the AWA."
( NHL drops an elbow on the fallen Andreas and then applies a headlock from the mat, grounding both men. NHL wrenches in upon this headlock as Andreas turns to his side and giving a hard forearm to the lower back of NHL. NHL feels it but doesn't relinquish and holds it in tighter as he leans back and on the arm of Andreas. Andreas reaches for the hair and NHL just shakes him off then NHL hit's a hard jab to the forehead. Andreas catches NHL right in the face with a jab after this with his free arm and gets up to his knees. NHL holds it in tighter and now both men are standing, the side headlock still applied. NHL jumps and wrenches down into the side headlock and Andreas hits another forearm to the small of the back and then charges the ropes sending NHL up and over to the outside.)
HS: "This could go to the outside, and that means anything goes."
FJ: " I can't wait to see this."
HS: " And it has!"
( Andreas just hit the ropes and came back with a plancha over the top rope connecting right into the body of NHL as both men hit hard on the floor. Andreas gets up and grabs NHL throwing him into the barricade and then whipping him across into the other barricade and charging with a knee to the gut, he grabs him and hit's a quick hard snap suplex on the outside. Andreas goes under the ring and pulls a chair just as NHL is slowly starting to get up, he brings it to him and goes for a hard chair shot but NHL catches shim with a fist to the gut and then a hard forearm to the face as the chair drops and NHL gets Andreas up and hit's a snap suplex of his own spinning around and planting it on the chair on the outside floor.)
HS: "That's what its all about on the outside in the NO Limit division."
FJ: "This was a great new instalment for the AWA."
HS: " What a hard exchange this has been out there."
( NHL picks up Andreas and throws him back into the ring and then climbs up on the ring apron, he steps through and climbs the turnbuckle to the second rope as Andreas starts to get up and he goes for a turning diving cross body onto him but Andreas ducks and runs to the turnbuckle as NHL hit's the mat hard on his stomach as Andreas slaps his leg a couple times and stomps his foot once calling to get ready for a big Super Kick.)
HS: "Andreas is going to finish the first fall right here."
FJ: " Here it comes."
(Andreas rushes out of the corner and throws the super kick at NHL but he catches the foot of Andreas and spins him around and picks up him going for his big brain buster DDT But Andreas counters out of it in mid-air landing behind him in a grapple NHL hit's a couple of hard elbows to the face and turns around and locks him in a suplex again but Andreas counters that and hit's a Northern lights suplex spinning and launching NHL into the corner.)
HS: "Oh my god, that could have broken him."
FJ: " I am starting to love this belt, and these two guys are already having a rematch they wont forget."
( The crowd is now in an uproar from that and Andreas slides under the ring grabbing NHL's legs and pulling them on each side of the ring post he has them both and goes for the pull but NHL tugs him face first into the ring post and he falls back grabbing at his face. NHL rolls out of the ring and hits 3 straight punches to the face and then grabs the chair from earlier and hits it in the gut of Andreas and then across the back, tossing him back into the ring. He gets in after him and sends him into the turnbuckle and then delivers multiple forearm smashes to the face and pulls him out of the corner for a suplex but Andreas blocks it and hit's a hard European uppercut to NHL and sends him face first into the turnbuckle and delivers 3 shoulders to the stomach and then a snap mare out of the corner with a straight kick to the spine.)
HS: "Ouch!"
FJ: " What a shot, hard thud around the arena."
HS: " Boy did we hear it."
( Andreas picks him up and goes for a suplex but NHL counters and suplexes Andreas across the ropes using them to springboard Andreas up and over straight down into a Brain buster DDT.)
HS: "Slap Shot! Slap Shot!"
FJ: " NHL just won the first fall!"
HS: " It's 1 nothing. That bell means the first fall is done and very soon the second begins."
( NHL gets up and looks at Andreas and the ref checks on Andreas and then at NHL as Andreas starts getting up and the bell sounds for the second fall.)
HS: "Pinfalls only in this one."
FJ: " And that's even harder then just hitting your finisher, you have to capitalize on it afterwards."
( They lock up And NHL gets the advantage with a side headlock but it doesn't last for long as Andreas sends him into the ropes and hits him with a reverse back elbow and then an elbow drop across the chest and he mounts him, delivering multiple punches to the face. Getting up and then hitting the ropes again and drops a knee across the face then going for the cover. ONE…TWO…KICKOUT!)
HS: "Andreas really being aggressive here, just not able to get the 3 count."
FJ: " That was a close two count, his aggressiveness is really proving to be worth it."
( Andreas picks up NHL and sends him into the ropes but NHL comes back with a hard forearm smash that sends Andreas back and then he comes back with one of his own. And right smack dab in the middle of the ring they get into a forearm exchange back and forth with them each one backing up and ramming forward with the next one and then fists begin to be thrown, back and forth rights and lefts connecting with sick thuds on each of there heads taking turns and NHL gets the advantage backing Andreas up into the ropes with extra shots but Andreas blocks one and hit's a hard head butt that sends NHL reeling back and Andreas catches him on the return with an inverted atomic drop and then a hard clothesline sending both of them down and he goes for the cover again. ONE…TWO…Kickout!)
HS: "Another kickout, both men really want this match, what an exchange that was."
FJ: " Those were some hard shots, and they just kept coming faster and faster."
HS: " Andreas back on the attack."
( Andreas picks him up and hit's a knee to the gut and then a whip into the ropes but Andreas telegraphs the move and NHL sunset flips over him and rolls him up, ONE…TWO.. and Andreas rolls back and gets a cover of his own pinning his legs down to his shoulders, ONE…TWO…NHL flips Andreas and gets him back in a sunset rolls, ONE..TWO…KICKOUT. Andreas rolls forward in the sunset roll sliding down across the chest of NHL holding his legs and still another two count. NHL kicks out and Andreas goes for a normal cover but NHL sits up and sweeps the legs out from under him and goes for one of his own, but Andreas is quick out of it and does the same to NHL and NHL kicks out and both men get to there feet .)
HS: " That was an awesome exchange of pinning combinations."
FJ: " I lost count what was that, 100 near falls?"
HS: "What speed and heart by these two men."
( They lock up again and NHL gets a hammer lock in Andreas is quick to counter out of it though and into one of his own but NHL bends down to try and grab the foot of Andreas and Andreas turns it into a hard smashing bulldog in the middle of the ring. He gets up and starts to climb the corner to the top, pointing at his elbow on the second rope and goes to the top and jumps off with an elbow drop but it misses! And he lands hard on his arm and back)
HS: "He missed with the elbow drop!"
FJ: " Andreas took a risk and it cost him!"
HS: " NHL is capitalizing on it now."
(NHL goes for the cover, ONE…TWO…THR…KICKOUT!
HS: "He kicked out, there's more in him."
FJ: "It's going take more then that to take him out of this fight."
( NHL goes to the turnbuckle and climbs up it backwards, looking back at the downed Andreas from the second rope and stops and then NHL looks back again and points up in the air and goes to the top rope. He stands there and gets his balance and Andreas gets up to his feet and climbs up the turnbuckles to the top rope behind NHL and grabs him around the waist and launches him back.)
HS: "TOP ROPE GERMAN!"
FJ: " NHL Flipped on impact!
HS: " OH MY GOD!"
( The crowd is going crazy chants start going around the arena " NO LIMIT, NO LIMIT, NO LIMIT!" Both men lay there downed on the ground as we go to replay and see the agility of Andreas climbing up the turnbuckles quick and balanced and NHL literally flipping back and bouncing off the canvas with impact. Andreas starts to stir and pick himself up slowly grabbing the ropes to get up and he slaps his leg and stomps it on the ground once calling for it.)
HS: " He's going for that hard super kick, The Peace Maker"
FJ: " This is all she wrote already."
( NHL starts to stir slowly getting to his feet and stumbling as he turns around in the middle of the ring and gets met by a foot of which he catches.)
HS: "NHL Caught it!"
FJ: " These two just don't know how to end it."
( NHL trips the other foot of Andreas and spins him around by both feet and gets him in a slingshot launching him up and over the top rope to the outside hard.)
HS: " Desperation manoeuvre right there to try and get some time for himself to get back into this."
( Andreas starts to get up and NHL charges with a baseball slide the sends him further to the outside. And backs away again catching his breath some more.)
HS: "Smart game plan, keep him out there and get your breath."
FJ: " Good point."
( Andreas starts to get up back further and NHL hit's the ropes and dives through them forearm ready to smash but Andreas turns around with the steel chair from earlier and holds it up for NHL's face and arm to smash into.)
HS: " He took a risk and it cost him!"
FJ: " What happened to his game plan!
(Andreas picks up NHL and throws him into the ring and then slides in after him and goes for the cover. ONE…TWO…THR…)
FJ: " No way!"
HS: " How did he kick out of that?"
( Andreas looks actually quite shocked but he keeps on and picks up NHL and setting him up for a Russian leg sweep but NHL steps forward and goes for a hip-toss but that is countered as Andreas blocks it hit's a chop to the chest and then another backing NHL into the corner and then whipping him across the ring following behind but NHL grabs the ropes and shoots over them hoping for Andreas to go charging behind him but he stops in his track and meets NHL with a super kick right under the jaw that pops him up and down to the ground as Andreas drags his legs out and makes the cover. ONE…TWO…THREE!)
HS: " Andreas just tied it up with a devastating super kick that he calls The Peacemaker."
FJ: " There was nothing Peaceful about that Herb, he took NHL up in the air with that one, it knocked him backwards.
HS: " We now have to go to the third and deciding fall."
FJ: " Submission only."
( Both men are up now and the bell rings and things get ready again. NHL shoots for the leg of Andreas but Andreas side steps it and kicks him in the gut and then grabs his leg spinning around it and jumping down with it between his legs, crushing it with impact. Andreas gets up and drops an elbow into NHL's leg and stays there wrenching it. NHL feeling it grabbing at the face of Andreas but he shakes him off and elbows into his thigh then wrenches back more on the knee. NHL sits up and chops Andreas in the chest 3 times and gets free from the move as he grabs the arm of him and tugs back in an arm bar. Andreas sits up and gets on his knee s but NHL keeps the arm bar in from the mat and then twist Andreas to his stomach and spinning out of it and locking in a crippler crossface.)
HS: " This thing just quickly got down to the mat based wrestling."
FJ: " This is pure wrestling ability contest for this fall."
HS: " It's what the No Limit title really can represent for us, it's one half of the greatness of this belt."
( Andreas pulls himself inch by inch to the ropes, as NHL tugs back harder, Andreas pulls himself more and more. No rope breaks in the match however, Andreas just pulls himself under them and then on his feet on the outside as the rope interferes with the hold and he is able to walk away. NHL gets up and looks at him as Andreas looks up at him from the outside and holds his arm walking around the ring and then sliding back in. NHL goes for the arm of Andreas but he punches him in the head and then picks him up with a hard knee breaker and then another one and drops him to the mat. He drags his leg over to the bottom rope and places it on there as he jumps and slams down onto it. He puts the leg back up there and does it again, and again, and again.)
HS: " Andreas is really working that knee, he has got things ready for that Four Card Trick."
FJ: " But we can't forget that NHL has his arm neck ready for that STF crossface manoeuvre."
HS: " You're very right herb, and he's showing it now!"
(Andreas had NHL's leg but he pulled him down to the mat in what looked like an inside cradle pinned but turned into an arm bar as he wrenched hard back once. Then got up and turned him over and locked his foot in Andreas for the step over.)
HS: " NHL has got his submission scouted now too, he's got this ready for the submission victory!"
( Andreas fights NHL with punches, fighting him off not letting him apply the STF and NHL backs off and gets up, Andreas spins onto his back and kicks NHL's stomach and gets up to his feet and hit's the ropes and comes back with a clothesline then a leg drop and goes in for the side head lock, NHL is quick to get up on his knees and Andreas runs to the ropes and slides under them letting go and hanging NHL's upper body and neck on the ropes and then hitting the mat he drags him by the legs from the outside to the ring apron and then applies a Figure Four around the ring post.)
HS: " Four Card Trick!"
FJ: " And it's around the ring post."
HS: " NHL is gonna tap!"
( NHL is screaming in pain and Andreas just pulls back and NHL is trying to take it but the pain is just to much.)
FJ: " That could destroy a leg, and it has in the past!"
HS: " Your right Herb, the ref has to stop this."
FJ: "He can't no rope breaks and outside no holds barred, and it's 50/50 right now for both rules!"
(Andreas sits up and grabs the ring post and untangles the manoeuvre as NHL is quick to roll and crawl away as he grabs his knee. Andreas slides back into the ring and picks up NHL in the corner and puts one of his legs up on the second rope and kicks up under it. NHL fights him off throwing a couple punches but Andreas blocks one and then hit's a hard jab and whips him across the ring to the other turnbuckle and he falls to the mat face first. On the mat he's grabbing his head, and shaking it rubbing his forehead and temples, yelling.)
HS: " I think NHL might have sustained a head injury just now."
FJ: " Could it be a concussion?"
HS: "I'm not sure, the ref should check on him."
(NHL starts to get to his feet and shakes his head off harder then looks up at Andreas who kicks his chest and picks him up and throws him into the corner hitting stomach and face shots and then ramming a shoulder into his stomach but NHL yells and grabs Andreas by the hair spins around and tosses him over the ropes to the outside. And then yells loud and storms out after him.)
HS: " NHL has just totally gotten more aggressive"
FJ: " Yes but Herb…that's not like him."
HS: " Something is wrong."
(NHL smirks as he looks around the arena and he laughs as he grabs Andreas and throws him face first into the steps then grabs him again and smashes his head against the ring apron then whips him across into the barricade as he picks up a chair and drives it into the gut of Andreas then smashes it across his back.)
HS: " NHL has become a totally different person, he's acting possessed."
FJ: " I've never seen such a change so fast in someone before."
( NHL lifts the chair up and smashes it on Andreas laying on the outside, then again, then he smashes a hard shot at his shoulder, then at his leg. He throws the chair down hard and grabs Andreas by the hair yelling "GET UP,GET UP AHHH" He tosses Andreas back into the ring and follows after him picking him up and delivering a hard snap suplex then he gets up and picks him up again throwing him into the ropes and delivering a hard power slam.)
HS: " He's like a power monster in there now."
FJ: " He's got a new game plan now."
( NHL picks up Andreas who is now limping as well as both men limp to there feet but NHL just kicks the foot of Andreas and knocks him back to his feet but Andreas knocks out NHL's leg from the ground and he falls back as he grabs the leg and spins around all from the mat and manages to lock in The Figure Four Leg Lock loosen off the mat. NHL screams.)
HS: "Four Card Trick!!"
FJ: " He's got to tap this time, it's over…look"
( NHL screams loud and shakes his head fast as he sits up hard and fast and punches Andreas hard right in the face Andreas falls back but just wrenches more and NHL yells as he turns the Four Card Trick over and Andreas is force to release it. NHL is quick to capitalize as he jumps on the back of Andreas and clubs him hard in the back of the head and applies the STF!)
HS: " Not it's the Penalty!"
FJ: " Submission exchange!
( NHL is rocking the cross face of the STF up and down viciously grinding into it as he yells."
HS: " NHL is relentless with The Penalty."
FJ: "Andreas is gonna loose it."
(NHL breaks it to club across the face and then on the back of the head as he locks it in again and pulls back as far as he can now rocking into it and Andreas has no choice but to tap out.)
HS: " Andreas lost it Herb."
FJ: " NHL Retains The No Limit Title!"
HS: " What a valiant effort by both men here."
(NHL still keeps the hold in.)
HS: " Come on now, you won the match."
FJ: " NHL just went bezerk in that match
( NHL breaks the hold and shakes off his head, as he calms down and looks around, now with the NO Limit Title in hand, and yet again a totally different person as just now.)
(The camera cuts to a commercial for tonight's Main Event at AWA Hell On Earth. The AWA Hell Bowl Six-Man Elimination Chamber Match between Jeff Christianson, Brian Williams, Snake, Low, Bryan Peek and John Williams, with Commissioner Santini as the Special Guest Referee, before it cuts back to Herb and Frank)
FJ: "I can't wait for the Main Event tonight. I just can't wait…"
(Suddenly, Family Ties blares over the PA and we see Jeff Christianson walking out with a microphone in hand. He begins to speak on his way down to the ring.)
JC: Cut the music...
(The music continues to play.)
JC: "I said cut the music…"
(Family Ties dies out as Jeff Christianson continues to speak.)
JC: "Now as many of you know, the Internet rumors are true... For those of you who don't know, I will be leaving the American Wrestling Alliance. With all of the unfair treatment I've received over the past few weeks, I've decided to take the contract option I had thrown in there, which states I can leave the AWA at any time. And what does this mean for the World Title? After I walk out of the arena with the AWA World Title tonight, I WILL Retire as the Champion…"
(The crowd begins to give a chorus of boos as he continues.)
JC: "And you'll have to watch some boring tournament with the other five guys to see who will take the AWA World Title, from it's greatest champion... You see, why stay in the AWA, when I can make more money overseas, and not have to wrestle at all? I can make millions in appearance overseas, without doing a lot of work... So why stay hear, and take the physical abuse that Dave Santini would attempt to give me over the several months he'll be commissioner... Then he'd come out of retirement when he'd think I'm ripe for the pickings, and I'd beat him... Again... So I'll do you all a favor. I'm out of the AWA, and I'm walking out, World Heavyweight Champion."
HS: "Wow. Some strong words towards our Commissioner, Dave"The Rave" Santini about the way the AWA World Champion is being treated. I wonder how Santini will react to that statement"
FJ: "Santini will tell Jeff Christianson what to do like he has throughout his whole career. That's what"
HS: "Anyway, Ladies and gentlemen, we're just about ready for a gem… the 30 minute Iron Man match between United States Champion, Colin Baird and AWA legend and hall of famer, Jack Happy, for Baird's title."
FJ: "The rules of the match are simple… the timer is set for thirty minutes. Whichever person scores the most pinfalls and submissions within that time limit will be named the victor."
HS: "And also, after each pinfall or submission, but not any other forms of fall coming from either count out or disqualification, there will be a thirty second wait before action resumes. If the pinfall occur within the final ten minutes however, there will be only a fifteen second wait, and the clock will be stopped for that fifteen seconds after each pinfall."
FJ: "Which ensures that both men get a fair chance to catch their breath."
HS: "All normal rules apply, and a person can be counted out and lose a fall."
FJ: "That's right… and I tell you what, this is going to be the most intense 30 minutes in, perhaps, AWA history!"
HS: "These two faced last month at Wrestlefest to unify Jack Happy's Intercontinental Title with Baird's United States Title."
FJ: "Colin picked up a huge impressive win in that match."
HS: "And we really don't have too much time to waste, so let's get this show on the road!"
(On cue, Nelly's ‘#1' hits and the fans immediately begin booing as Colin Baird, donning his United States title, emerges from the back.)
HS: "And here comes the United States Champion!"
FJ: "Colin Baird looks ready for this match. He seems extremely confidence."
HS: "Arrogant is more like it."
FJ: "Maybe so? But why shouldn't he be? He's been training hard for this match and he's said he's in the best shape of his life. He obviously stands a better chance than the burrito eating clown. I'm not sure Jack Happy can even walk for 30 minutes."
HS: "Jack Happy is in fine condition."
FJ: "Oh please, Baird is a fit 275 at 6'5". Happy is an obese 320 at just 6' even!"
(After taking his usual kneel down, with one arm raised, he heads towards the ring with the fans booing louder and louder the closer he gets to the ring. He just smiles and taunts them, living it up.)
HS: "Wow, they really don't like him here in Indiana."
FJ: "They just don't respect greatness."
(He hops up on the ring apron and then wheels around, testing the ropes. Finally, he makes his way to the center of ring and then a huge ‘X' of pyro goes off behind him.)
FJ: "Whoa!"
(After a moment, the fans begin to settle down and Colin Baird takes his corner, but not before reluctantly handing over his US title to the referee.)
HS: "And the challenger…"
(The classic rock and roll song ‘Bad to the Bone' hits as the fans erupt! Evil smiley faces light up the entrance ramp as red pyro falls. Jack Happy soon drives out from the back riding his trademark motorcycle. Pearly snaps at a kids hotdog, but Happy reaches into his pocket and hands the hyena a treat. Happy is followed closely by Suavio Mega and his beautiful wife, Lustful Laura.)
HS: "There he is ladies and gentlemen, the most unorthodox wrestler the AWA has ever seen. And an eternal fan favorite. Jack Happy's antics are world renowned."
FJ: "Why don't you just kiss those bare ass cheeks even more? Can we even show that?"
HS: "It is PPV."
(Happy rolls into the ring and slowly climbs to his feet. Thirty seconds later, he is up and glaring at Baird menacingly, while holding his arm high. Happy takes his corner and the referee brings the US title over to him. Suddenly, the ref is pulled back on the arm by Baird and we see Baird arguing with him about something. Baird points to Laura and Suavio, as Jack Happy conjectures.)
HS: "What is Baird doing?"
FJ: "I think he's making sure this is going to be a fair fight. We'd hate to see Jack Happy cheat, as he has done so many times before."
(The referee does indeed send Laura and Suavio, as well as Pearly, backstage. We can hear Suavio explain to Laura that they now have to watch Happy from backstage, on television. She giddily proclaims she can't wait to see her hubby on the TV. They head backstage with some jeers from the crowd over the decision.)
FJ: "Now that those nuisances are taken care of, we can get this thing started."
(The referee holds the belt up high for the fans to see and then hands it over the ropes to a ring attendant. The referee walks to the center of the ring, calling both competitors over. Baird and Happy have a long, intense stare down as the referee goes over the rules. Suddenly, they get in one another's face and Baird begins jawing with Happy, who just glares intently. The fans cheer loudly in anticipation and a timer on the AWATron is set to 30.00 minutes.)
HS: "This is really, really tense."
FJ: "Intense is more like it."
(The referee raises his hand to call the bell, and before he can bring it down, SMACK! Baird slaps Happy hard in the face. The bell is rang, the timer is started, and Jack Happy unloads back.)
HS: "Cheap shot by Baird. But Happy answers."
FJ: "It wasn't a cheap shot. He was just getting the leg up."
(Baird follows with another slap, and then Happy unloads with another. Before Baird can react, Happy slaps him again, then again, as the fans cheer louder with each one. Finally, as Baird staggers back, Happy unloads with a huge uppercut, sending Baird to the mat.)
HS: "Look's like Jack is Going Slap Happy!"
FJ: "What a cheap shot!"
(Baird quickly rolls backward to his feet, stammered somewhat, and Happy charges at him, landing a clothesline. Baird falls to the mat, and climbs to his feet once more, only to be felled again by Happy. After the second clothesline, Baird rolls backward and then stumbles back into the ropes, holding his hands up to Happy, gesturing a plea.)
HS: "Oh, oh, Baird, there isn't any way out of this!"
FJ: "He's just saving his energy, Herb. They've got a long way to go."
HS: "That's right… twenty eight minutes and fifty six seconds to be exact."
(Happy doesn't answer Baird's plea, however, and Happy unloads with a Clownkick aimed directly for Baird's face. But Baird quickly rolls out of the mat and Happy lands groin first on the second rope.)
HS: "OOOOH! That looks painful."
FJ: "See, I told you Baird knew what he was doing."
(As Happy slowly slumps off the ropes and into the ring, grasping at his clown-hood, Baird is shrugging off the match and starting to head away.)
FJ: "Where the hell is he going?"
HS: "I don't know, but this match DOES have count outs."
(The referee, who was busy checking on Happy, now stands up and notices that Baird is leaving. He yells loudly for Baird to hear, and raises both his arms in the air. ONE!... Baird just stands there, staring blankly. TWO!... Baird still stands there, in the middle of the ramp. Suddenly, he goes over to the railing and begins stretching his legs. FOUR!...)
HS: "What the heck is Baird doing?"
FJ: "I think those are thigh lunges, Herb."
HS: "Is he just stalling time?"
FJ: "I… I think so, and he's already used up nearly a minute."
(The fans begin to boo as the referee reaches SIX! Meanwhile, Happy is stirring to his feet and looking around for Baird. SEVEN!... Happy eyes Baird and just stands there, glaring at him. Baird now begins to make his way to the ramp. EIGHT!... Baird doesn't realize that Happy is glaring at him, and he arrogantly stands at the outside of the ring, checking an imaginary watch. NINE!... Baird finally goes towards the ropes to slide in and stops dead in his tracks.)
HS: "Uh, oh, he has just seen Happy. Baird's arrogance is getting the best of him now!"
FJ: "Hurry up Baird!"
(Just as the referee starts to ten, Baird dives into the ring, where Happy promptly begins stomping away at him. Baird tries to climb to his feet but Happy continues stomping. Happy stomps Baird all the way through the ring and out the other side as the fans roar loudly. Baird falls to the mat out side and rolls around, clutching at his back.)
HS: "And Happy is unloading on Baird."
FJ: "What a coward. He didn't even let Baird get to his feet."
HS: "Shut up, Frank. Anyway, we have just passed the twenty-five minute mark!"
(This time Happy follows Baird out of the ring and the referee begins his count. ONE!... Baird rolls around on the mat outside, trying to avoid Happy. Baird tries to climb to his feet but stumbles, allowing Happy to catch up to him. THREE!...)
HS: "Jack Happy is giving chase. He looks pissed."
FJ: "He's wearing makeup, Herb. How can he look seriously pissed?"
(Happy lunges after Baird but the US champ quickly unloads with a punch to Happy's gut. He follows with another, then another, and another, until Happy has backed up a step. FIVE!... Baird then charges at Happy, tackling him, forcing the clown backward into the outside railing. SIX!... Baird lunges again, slamming Happy once more into the railing. SEVEN!...)
FJ: "Haha, that' right. Baird was just setting him up."
HS: "Happy is in a world of hurt."
(Baird backs up a moment, raising his arms high with confidence, and then unloads with a huge European uppercut that sends Happy tilting backwards against the rail. Happy's 300 pound frame is all that keeps him from going over, and the slumps down onto the mat.)
HS: "Oh, what an uppercut!"
FJ: "I told you, Baird is the real deal."
(EIGHT!... NINE!... Baird flexes before the booing crowd and then turns to climb into the ring.)
FJ: "Happy is going to get counted out!"
HS: "Maybe not!"
(Baird jumps to the ring apron and the referee shouts TEN!... The referee calls for the bell and declares that Happy has a fall declared to him. The crowd boos loudly, but cheers when a plump hand reaches onto Baird's leg and pulls him out of the ring. Happy unloads with a knife edge chop on Baird and the crowd reacts accordingly.)
FJ: "Did Baird just pick up a fall?"
HS: "I think so!"
(The referee begins another ten count, almost immediately, ONE!... Whilst Baird lands a chop of his own onto Happy. TWO!... Neither man even acknowledges the referee, and as he raises his arms to count three, he just shrugs it off. Happy, meanwhile, unloads with another chop that sends Baird backward. Baird again unloads with another, and the sounds resonates through the entire arena, but Happy seems most unaffected, as his man-breasts just jiggle in Baird's face.)
FJ: "Oh, did we have to see that?"
HS: "I'm of the came concurrence?"
FJ: "OK, you lost me on that one."
HS: "I meant, I agree."
FJ: "Then why couldn't you just say that?"
HS: (Sighing) "Twenty one minutes to go."
(Baird quickly unloads with a clothesline, but Happy ducks and, in an impressive and improbable display of quickness, reaches around and counters with a headlock. The crowd cheers loudly as Happy starts rubbing on Baird's head.)
HS: "That's the Dutch head rub. Another unorthodox move from The American Fatass."
FJ: "Isn't that a noogie?"
(Happy guides Baird to ringside, then shoves him headfirst into the ring. The clown then tries to climb up onto the apron, but isn't quite able, so he takes a step back and gets a running start and slides head first into the ring. The sweat from Happy's stomach allows him to slide all the way to the center of the ring. Happy climbs to his feet, meeting Baird as he does the same. The two begin trading rights, almost immediately, back and forth. After about five punches each, Happy manages to block one of Baird's punches and then he quickly stomps on Colin Baird's toe. Baird pulls his toe up, and grabs it with two hands, hoping around the ring in pain.)
FJ: "That was just uncalled for."
HS: "That man always seems to make his opponent look like a fool somehow."
(The fans laugh loudly at the United States champion, and Happy stands in the center of the ring, almost stalking Baird. Baird hops around in a wide circle and when he finally is back at the clown king, Happy wraps his sweaty arms around Baird and quickly flips him over.)
HS: "Nice belly to belly from Happy."
FJ: "Yeah, your lips are kind of planted onto those pale mountains, aren't they?"
(Happy rolls through the suplex and Baird lands hard. Happy, rolling to his feet, raises one arm in the air. He then charges towards the opposite rope and, on the rebound, begins stumbling across the ring, finally landing a cross body onto Baird.)
HS: "ROLLING BLUBBER!"
FJ: "Oh that just looks painful. That move should be illegal!"
(Happy stays on top of Baird, who we can see squirming for air underneath Happy. The referee begins to count… ONE!...)
HS: "Happy with the pin!"
FJ: "He's smothering Baird!"
(The referee's hand hits the mat a second time and the crowd counts along TWO!... THRE…)
HS: "No, Baird barely kicked out!"
FJ: "Whew."
HS: "At the seventeen minute, forty-eight second mark, Colin Baird is up, one to nil, after Jack Happy was counted out earlier in the match."
(Happy gets up glaring at the referee, and Baird grasps at his throat, trying to catch his breath. Happy soon eyes Baird and slowly walks over to him. He reaches down and pulls Baird up by his hair. Happy grabs Baird around the head and the fans cheer loudly as he cocks his leg back.)
HS: "Happy is going for The Happy Daze!"
(Before Happy can land the neck breaker, Baird pushes Happy off of him. Baird quickly grabs Happy's arm and pulls backward, yanking Happy directly into his foot.)
FJ: "Wrap around kick! He just connected directly with Happy's face."
HS: "He pulled that out of nowhere!"
(Happy drops to the mat and Baird stands over him, looking exhausted. Baird backs up and slumps against the ropes, still gasping for air after the Rolling Blubber. Happy starts to stir and Baird walks off the ropes. He then charges at Happy and kicks the clown right in the chest. Happy rolls to a prone position and Baird lands a running stomp to Happy's back.)
HS: "Sixteen minutes, thirty seconds."
FJ: "Baird is starting to turn the tide."
(Baird grabs Happy by the leg and then executes an STF. He holds onto the move, stepping over several times, as Happy grimaces in pain.)
FJ: "The longer Baird keeps the move locked in, the worse Happy's ankle is going to weaken."
HS: "Not to mention the amount of time he's using up. It's clear that Baird doesn't want to give Happy any time to catch up."
(Finally, Happy uses his strength to roll over, forcing Baird to break the hold and stumble to the side. Happy quickly crawls towards the ropes and uses them to climb to his feet as Baird stands up, dazed from the unexpected counter. Happy releases the ropes and immediately winces in pain from his ankle. Happy limps over towards Baird, who immediately notices Happy's limp. Baird charges at Happy, clothes lining him in the leg, and again dropping him.)
FJ: "Baird is using his brain now. As they say, this game is half mental."
HS: "Happy's in dire shape now. That STF really did a number on his leg."
FJ: "And Baird just has to hold on for fifteen more minutes, we've just reached the halfway point!"
HS: "I'm sure Baird will want some insurance and get another fall on Happy. But he may just play cat and mouse with Happy, and avoid him altogether."
(Baird doesn't avoid, Happy, however, and seems to be relishing Happy's injury. Baird again locks in an STF on Happy and holds it in. This time Happy groans in pain and struggles to pull himself towards the rope in desperation. He reaches the rope and the referee forces Baird off of him after a very close five count. The referee argues with Baird for a moment, informing him that if Baird won't listen, he'll disqualify him and give Happy a fall. Baird gets in the referee's face and glares, almost challenging him, but then laughs to himself and feigns a blow at the referee. The referee doesn't even flinch and Baird shrugs him off, focusing his attention back on Happy.)
HS: "Well, that referee, Jimmy Wright, isn't taking any mess from Colin Baird."
FJ: "He needs to learn his place!"
(Baird taunts Happy for a moment, and then kicks him directly in his hurt leg. Happy winces in pain again, but tries to climb up anyway. Baird stomps at his leg again, and Happy continues to try and climb to his feet. The fans begin getting behind Happy, and Baird lands another stomp. Happy is practically on his feet now and Baird is irate.)
HS: "Happy isn't going to give up. He wants that US Title!"
FJ: "I can't believe what I'm seeing. He just needs to go down and save us all the trouble."
(The fans cheer loudly as Happy fully reaches his feet and Baird can't believe it. He puts his head in his hands in frustration and then curses in frustration. Suddenly, he charges at Jack Happy and dives forward, attempting another clothesline. But, amazingly, Happy leap frogs the move and heads towards the ropes.)
FJ: "How the hell did he do that?"
HS: "Jack Happy is a man of amazing talents. You can never know what to expect from him!"
(The fans erupt at the move and Baird climbs to his feet quickly, in time to see Happy charging at him, nearly out of control, and barely ducks the clothesline. Happy's momentum carries him into the opposite ropes and, after the rebound, right into the big boot from Baird, stopping him dead in his tracks. With Happy on the mat, Baird quickly lands a leg drop on the hall-of-famer.)
FJ: "That's one way to stop a 320 pound clown."
HS: "And just like that, Happy's momentum is cut off. I must say, Baird is putting on a surprising performance here."
FJ: "Damn straight. I keep telling you, he's the Showstoppa, the Superstar… he's the REAL DEAL!'
HS: "Now who's kissing whom's ass?"
(Baird goes for a strong cover and the referee counts, ONE!... TWO!... TH- the fans erupt as Happy manages to kick out.)
HS: "A near pinfall by Baird that would have given him a two fall lead with twelve minutes and eighteen seconds to go."
FJ: "Happy is running out of time."
(Baird argues with the referee about a fast count and then he climbs to his feet, again cursing. Baird raises his arms calling for his finisher, Star Struck, and the fans begin to boo loudly. He laughs, enjoying the boos, and then begins stalking Happy, waiting for the clown to get up.)
FJ: "Baird is about to pick up another fall on Happy. He wants this win badly."
HS: "Man, what a match this has been so far!"
(After about fifteen seconds, Happy finally climbs to his feet, stumbling to them, and Baird unloads with a kick to his gut. Baird leans over and starts to lift Happy onto his shoulders. When he gets Happy up, which takes some effort, he screams that ‘He is the best' and then swivels his body to execute the move. However, Happy suddenly squirms and shifts his body weight, forcing Baird to stumble back and then they both fall backward, with Happy rolling Baird up into a pin.)
HS: "HAPPY COUNTERS IT! THERE'S A PIN! THERE'S A PIN!"
FJ: "No, KICKOUT BAIRD!"
(The fans cheer loudly as the referee counts ONE!... TWO!... THREE! The bell rings and Happy rolls off of Baird, who kicks out furiously. The referee declares that Happy has picked up a fall and Baird is in utter disbelief.)
HS: "AND HAPPY TIES THE SCORE! WHAT AN AMAZING COUNTER!"
FJ: "Dammit, I knew Baird should have just tried to avoid him."
(The referee orders both men to their corners, and, after a bit more arguing from Baird, the referee orders the restart and Happy and Baird meet in the center of the ring and have a long stare down, which lasts about thirty seconds, as flashbulbs go off and the fans are in an uproar. Finally, Baird unloads with a right hand, and Happy unloads with one of his own. Each man, again, trade rights, and this continues for several moments, with no man gaining a clear advantage. Finally, Happy unloads with a clothesline, knocking Baird to the mat and the fans cheer. Baird immediately pops up to his feet, and Happy knocks him down again. Again, Baird pops to his feet, and this time he manages to duck the Happy clothesline. Baird quickly turns around and leaps into the air, aiming for a bull dog. However, Happy catches Baird, literally, in the air, and lands an atomic drop. Baird pops off Happy's knee, grasping at his tail bone.)
HS: "Another impressive counter from Happy!"
FJ: "I can't believe it! Baird had this match wrapped up!"
(Happy grabs Baird and goes for an Irish whip, but Baird counters with a whip of his own. Baird charges after Happy and as Happy lands back first into the turnbuckle, Baird leaps into the air with a body splash.)
FJ: "And now the momentum is shifting back to Baird."
HS: "This match has been completely back and forth."
(Baird then begins to chop Happy while he's in the corner, mixing in a few elbows to Happy's head. After several more chops, and woo's from the crowd, Happy gets angry. He suddenly lashes out at Baird with a head butt, staggering the United States champion backward. Happy reaches out and grabs Baird and then slams his head into the turnbuckle. He pulls Baird back and then lands another. Baird is now reeling, and Happy lands one more. The impact of the final one is so hard, Baird stumbles backward a few steps. In an instant, Happy scoops Baird up and charges the opposite turnbuckle. He slams Baird into the turnbuckle and then, while still holding onto him, turns and slams him hard into the mat.)
HS: "HUGE power slam from Jack Happy. And with a turnbuckle slam as well!"
FJ: "He could've just hurt Baird's back. What a low, low move."
HS: "Frank, excuse me, how many years have you been a ringside announcer?"
FJ: "Several. Why?"
HS: "Because you never seem to amaze me with your unprofessional idiocy."
FJ: "It's what I'm paid to do."
HS: "Anyway, eight minutes to go exactly!"
(Happy looks around the crowd and then down at Baird. He then backs up into the turnbuckle and uses it to push himself forward and land a huge leg drop right across Baird's chest. Baird groans and clutches his chest as Happy, climbing to his feet, eyes the turnbuckle. Happy climbs up, stumbling somewhat, and when he reaches the top, he glares at Baird. A moment later he is leaping into the air with a swan dive.)
FJ: "LOOK OUT BELOW!"
HS: "BELLYBOMB!"
(SMACK! Happy's bare stomach slaps hard against the mat and Baird barely moves out of the way.)
FJ: "AND BAIRD MOVES AT THE LAST MOMENT!"
HS: "This may be the opening he needs to pick up another fall on Happy."
(Baird quickly climbs up to the top rope as the fans boo. Without wasting any time, he leaps into the air and nails a top rope elbow drop directly to Happy's chest.)
FJ: "Top rope elbow drop! It's Baird's match now!"
HS: "Happy is reeling now. And with only seven minutes to go, he may not be able to kill Baird's momentum in time."
(Baird rolls up to his feet, holding his arms wide arrogantly, as the fans boo. He then lands another running stomp into Happy's gut before lifting him off the mat again. Once Happy, who is seeing stars, is up, Baird quickly locks in a standing sleeper onto Happy. He holds the move in for several seconds before the referee see Happy fading, and lifts his arm into the air. Happy's hand falls limply to his side, and the referee shouts ONE! He lifts Happy's arm again, and once more it falls to his side. TWO!)
FJ: "Happy is about to pass out! Baird's going to get another fall!"
HS: "I think you're right!"
(The ref raises Happy's arm once more, and it starts to fall, however, it stops perpendicular to his body. He starts trying to fight Baird off, and the fans begin cheering. He starts shaking his arm, getting the fans into it, and then he begins stomping his feet, guiding the fan's claps. Just when he is about to break free, Baird swings Happy around and lands a sleeping neck breaker.)
HS: "And again, Baird kills Happy's momentum. But Happy saved himself from going down by another fall with only six and half minutes remaining."
FJ: "Baird needs to hurry and pick up his next fall. But he also needs to be careful and pace himself, without getting too anxious and making a mistake."
HS: "See, that was a very professional thing to say. Why can't you always be like that?"
FJ: "Huh?"
(Baird rolls to his feet and Happy grabs the back of his neck. Baird then lifts Happy up and immediately kicks him in the midsection. But Happy manages to catch the kick and shoves it away, causing Baird to do a 360. When Baird is facing Happy again, Happy kicks him square in the stomach and then executes a strong implant DDT. The fans go crazy as Baird goes lights out.)
HS: "And again, Happy pulls a counter out of nowhere! He just keeps on fighting!"
FJ: "I can't believe this! How does he keep doing this?"
(Happy lifts Baird to his feet and then locks in the another rear face lock.)
HS: "He's going for it again…"
FJ: "Baird has to counter!"
(Happy rears his leg back and then brings it forward, landing the hard neck breaker, and the fans erupt.)
HS: "HAPPY DAZE! HAPPY DAZE!"
FJ: "NOOOOOOOO!"
(Happy quickly rolls over onto Baird for a pin and the referee counts ONE!... TWO!... THREE!)
HS: "Happy picks up another fall!"
FJ: "No, look, Baird just managed to kick out! It's still tied!"
(The fans let out a deep disparaging sigh, and Happy cannot believe it. But he doesn't let it daunt him and covers again. ONE!...TWO!... THR… Baird kicks out a bit sooner this time.)
HS: "As we near the five minute mark, the score is still tied, one fall apiece."
FJ: "Five minutes, twenty three seconds to go."
(Happy, though a bit discouraged, goes right to work on Baird and puts him in a standing surfboard. Baird groans in pain as Happy continues to stretch his body. After a few more moments, Happy releases the hold and then he pulls Baird up to his feet. Happy then wraps his wide arms around Baird and begins to squeeze, lifting Baird off the mat.)
HS: "And we officially have five minutes to go and Baird is clearly in pain. Technical move by Happy, working over Baird's back after that surfboard."
FJ: "If Baird wants to win this thing, I'm not sure the best thing for him to do now is tap out and take his fifteen second breather! Then hope he can catch up in the last five minutes."
(Baird screams in pain as Happy locks the bear hug in tighter. The referee asks Baird if he wants to quit, but the United States champion shakes his head no violently. Happy simply locks in tighter as the fans scream for Baird to tap. TAP! TAP! TAP! TAP! However, he does not, and, despite the fact that he is clearly beginning to fade, tries, in vain, to club Happy in the head.)
HS: "He may not be well liked, but you have to respect Baird's effort he. He is NOT going to give up."
FJ: "I think he'd rather pass out than tap out! That's a real man."
(The referee raises his arm, about to declare Baird ko'd, when the United States champion suddenly raises his arm high. He then, suddenly, spits square into Happy's eye. This gives Baird the chance to start landing a barrage of punches to Happy's head, finally forcing him to release Baird. Baird drops to the mat instantly as Happy tries to rub the spit out of his eye.)
HS: "So much for respect. Disgusting move from Baird."
FJ: "But effective, nonetheless."
HS: "And that exchange took nearly a minute. And…. Riiight… now we have four minutes remaining. The score is still tied."
(Colin Baird slowly climbs to his feet, clearly shaken up, and Happy finally focuses back on Baird. Happy charges at Baird, but Colin sidesteps Happy and, as the clown wheels around, Baird unloads with a huge superkick. Both men fall instantly to the mat.)
HS: "Superkick by Baird!"
FJ: "Both men are down! This match could end up tied!"
(Both men lay there, exhausted, and clearly in pain. Happy holds his hand to his head from the superkick and Baird just lays there, breathing heavily, with sweat dripping from both men's bodies.)
HS: "This arena is silent in suspense."
(Both men are down for awhile, in fact, the timer drops down below three minutes while they lay there. Eventually, Baird begins to stir, stumbling to his feet. The fans roar as Happy, too, begins to climb up. Both men simultaneously meet one another in the center of the ring as the timer clicks to 02:30. Baird swings with a hard, exhausted right, that barely staggers Happy back. Happy unloads with his own punch, just as ineffective. Each man continues punching, and each one gets harder and harder as the fans roar louder. Eventually, both men are staggering back a step after each punch and, as the timer hits 02:18, Baird charges at Happy, forcing him back first into the turnbuckle.)
HS: "With a little over two minutes to go, it comes down to this! Can one of these men pick up a final pinfall before time expires?"
FJ: "It comes down to whoever wants it more."
(Baird begins landing shoulder blocks into Happy's solar plexus, driving the wind out of him. Happy stumbles out of the corner and Baird comes up beside him and forces Happy down face first into the mat.)
FJ: "Wicked face driver from Baird! He needs to finish it now."
HS: "One minute, fifty one seconds remain!"
(Happy rolls onto his back from the impact and Baird roars intensely. He then grabs Happy by the leg and starts pulling him sideways, lining him up in front of the turnbuckle. Baird points to the ceiling and then curses at Happy.)
FJ: "And he's trying to do just that! Finish it now!"
HS: "He's calling for The Shooting Star!"
(Baird climbs up onto the top turnbuckle and poses for a moment. A moment, too long, in fact, because Happy suddenly rolls to his feet and hops up onto the second turnbuckle before Baird can even react.)
HS: "Again, Happy just shows his explosiveness out of nowhere!"
FJ: "Can't he just stay down!"
(Happy punches Baird in the stomach causing him to fall backward. Happy then lands a hard elbow right to Baird's head. With Baird dazed, Happy hops down to the mat and turns his back towards Baird as the crowd roars. He lifts Baird onto his shoulders in an electric chair and the fans grow even louder.)
HS: "Here comes THE JOY RIDE!"
FJ: "NO WAY! THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!"
HS: "Nothing is impossible with Jack Happy."
(Happy walks towards the center of the ring with Baird on his shoulders when, suddenly, Baird rolls forward, grasping Happy with his legs, and then Happy winds up on his face with Baird behind him. In one motion, Baird grabs onto Happy's leg and locks in an ankle lock with one minute and two seconds to go.)
FJ: "ANKLE LOCK! WHAT A HELLUVA COUNTER!"
HS: "Impressive counter from Baird! But can he make Happy tap?"
FJ: "THIS IS INTENSE!"
(Baird looks extremely intense as he locks the ankle lock in tighter. He screams at Happy to give up, and the fans are stunned silent. The timer clicks down and Happy is in the center of the ring, clawing at the mat, trying to free himself or reach the ropes.)
HS: "FORTY FIVE SECONDS REMAIN!"
FJ: "Jack Happy has nowhere to go! He's going to tap, Herb. He has to tap!"
HS: "FORTY SECONDS!"
(The fans begin to cheer for Happy, hoping that he can escape, but it seems hopeless.)
HS: "THIRTY FIVE… THIRTY FOUR… THIRTY THREE… THIRTY TWO… THIRTY ONE…"
FJ: "THIRTY SECONDS TO GO!"
HS: "Happy is still hanging on! And Baird keeps locking it in tighter. He's going to snap Jack Happy's ankle!"
FJ: "I can't take this! My heart is racing!"
HS: "Twenty five seconds remain! Will Happy tap? Can he hold on for a tie?"
FJ: "Baird wants this match badly!"
(Suddenly, Jack Happy rolls over onto his back and lunges forward with his leg at Baird. Baird stumbles backward into the ropes, with the fans roaring, and the stumbles forward. Happy grabs Baird and pulls him down to the mat face first. He quickly rolls onto Baird's back and reaches around to Baird's face and locks in his modified camel clutch.)
HS: "THE HAPPY ENDING! THE HAPPY ENDING! ANOTHER AMAZING COUNTER FROM JACK HAPPY!"
FJ: "With only twenty seconds to go! NOW BAIRD HAS TO HOLD ON!"
(Baird is unable to move, being too exhausted to drag Happy's weight across the ring. He has no choice but to try to hold on. The fans cheer loudly as Baird screams, his face pulled into a disturbing smile. The fans begin cheering loudly as the timer reaches ten. TEN!... NINE!... EIGHT!...)
HS: "Can Baird hold on?"
FJ: "HE HAS TO!"
(SEVEN!... SIX!... FIVE!... FOUR!... THREE!... TWO!...)
HS: "HE'S TAPPING!!!! COLIN BAIRD IS TAPPING!"
FJ: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
HS: "BAIRD TAPS WITH TWO SECONDS LEFT! JACK HAPPY IS THE NEW UNITED STATES CHAMPION!"
(The referee calls for the bell as the buzzer sounds. The fans erupt in huge cheers as Jack Happy releases the submission and collapses to the mat. The referee goes for the belt, but Happy is still on the mat. Colin Baird rolls up to his knees in disbelief and in near tears. He rolls out of the ring, furious, and heads up the ramp without saying a word, just biting his lip. The referee lays the United States title onto Happy and then calls for some EMT's.)
HS: "Jack Happy is completely exhausted!"
FJ: "I can't believe it. WE have a new United States Champion!"
(The EMT's rush out with a stretcher and an oxygen tank, closely followed by Lustful Laura. The fans are quieted as Happy still lays there. The EMT's put oxygen onto Happy and try to lift him up on the stretcher, with some struggle. They carefully strap him in and begin to wheel him up the entrance ramp. As they reach the top of the ramp, Happy suddenly opens his eyes. Laura sighs a deep sigh of relief and then Happy grabs the title, still on his chest. Still laying on the stretcher, breathing through the oxygen mask, he holds the title high as the EMT's wheel him backstage to a standing ovation.)
(Suddenly, as Baird is picking himself to his feet, "Just Close Your Eyes" by Waterproof Blonde hits the PA speakers)
HS: "What the…?"
FJ: "Who on earth is…"
(After about 10 seconds into the song the arena goes dark. The lights then come back on and Draven Shadows is standing right behind Colin with a Barbed Wire Bat in hand. Colin watches the rampway confused until he turns around and gets clocked by Draven Shadows. Draven then drags the fallen Colin to the turnbuckle. He sets Colin up on the turnbuckle and hits him with his new finisher "Death's Cold Grip" (A Reverse Implant DDT from the top rope).
HS: "What was that in aid of?"
FJ: "I'm not sure, Herb. I think being the new Tag Team Champion has gone to Draven's head somewhat"
(Draven stands over Colin's broken body in the centre of the ring, smiling at his handy work. He then makes a move towards the Ring Announcer and grabs a mic, before climbing back into the ring)
Draven: "This what you have just seen before your eyes was because I wanted to send a message to Colin. That message is he isn't safe at any AWA Show. I will keep attacking him until he has to eat his food through a tube."
(With that Draven Shadows drops the mic and heads to the back)
HS: "Well, that was a bit strange!"
FJ: "Brutal, but it was strange. I guess we haven't heard the last of this between Draven and Baird"
HS: "I think you may be right about…"
(Suddenly, Herb is cut off as "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard blares over the PA System and Commissioner Santini appears on the ramp way. A chorus of boos immediately start up as he makes his way down towards the ring. He enters the ring and doesn't waste any time before brandishing a mic from his suit jacket pocket…)
COMMISSIONER SANTINI: "Well Ladies and Gentleman, it's almost time. That's right. Did you hear that Jeff? Dark Warrior, are you there? It's almost time for the Hell Bowl Elimination Chamber. The match that will crown or destroy Jeff Christianson as a Champion. However, I've heard some nasty stories from backstage here tonight. Some terrible rumours that our "beloved" World Champion doesn't like the way he's being treated. He thinks he's being picked on. Is that right, Jeff? But you see Jeff, before you go spouting off about what you had added to your contract you really should be sure of the facts. I made a pledge to myself when I booked the match that you would walk in as the Champion and you would get carried out as the loser and to be perfectly honest, I don't really care whether your match tonight is the last one EVER in the AWA, but one thing you won't be doing is walking out of the arena tonight. DO YOU HEAR ME? But before I get my Referee's shirt for tonight's match, there is one insurance premium that needs to be paid out. Hit the footage…"
(The AWAtron flickers showing LIVE footage from backstage. The shot cuts back to the hallway leading to the locker room, and we see the AWA World Champion, Dark Warrior making his way down towards his dressing area. The mysterious door from earlier in the show swings open, and the head of a shovel comes shooting out, clipping Christianson's knee. The champion falls forward, and the shovel comes down again, and again across the knee. Once more, it's lifted, dirt falling free from the spade, and crashes down on Dark Warrior's back, snapping the shovel in half.)
Voice: "Sorry, champ, it's just business."
(The camera watches, as Maxx Skabb emerges from the locker room, briefcase in hand. He gives that evil smirk that Maxx is known for, and pats the briefcase, before slamming the heel of his boot down on Dark Warrior's knee. He lets out a wry chuckle, and makes his way down the hallway, as the camera pans down to the champ, who is in visible pain, and clutching his leg.)
HS: "What a heinous act! What a cowardly act!"
FJ: "What? It was just business."
HS: "Just business … we need some help back there!"
FJ: "Herb, calm down …"
HS: "Calm down?! Look what that coward did to our main event! And all at the behest of Dave Santini!"
FJ: "It was just business!"
COMMISSIONER SANTINI: "Good luck Jeff. I think you might be needing it!"
(A wry smile can be seen forming on the mouth of Dave"The Rave" Santini as "Pour Some Sugar On Me" strikes up once more, before the shot cuts away from Herb and Frank to a commercial for our sponsors for this great event, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, before returning to Herb and Frank a few moments later)
HS: "Ladies and gentlemen, coming up next is only the second Hell Bowl Chamber Match in AWA history. AWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Christianson will defend his title against five other men and also has to face the hurdle that is special referee, Commissioner Dave Santini."
(The scene cuts to a video package with some fast-paced music, highlighting the structure of the Chamber itself, running along the two miles of chain that make up the Chamber's walls and roof, the steel grating that surrounds the ring and the internal chambers made of thick glass. We then go back in time one year and watch scenes from last years Chamber – The Fish's daredevil antics, Fish and Brian Williams shattering the glass chambers, blood flowing down Low's head after getting hit with The Equalizer, Jeff Christianson and Santini arguing, and finally Williams pinning Low, Christianson and then Santini. We quickly fast forward to more recent happenings – Bryan Peek turning on his brother and then on Christianson, Snake receiving a conchairto at the hands of Low and Brian Williams, Christianson being pinned by both Williams brothers and tapping out to Low, Santini stacking the odds against Christianson, and finally, Brian beating up Christianson as Santini looks on.
The music suddenly stops as we see John Williams sitting on a leather chair, his feet resting on a table.)
JOHN WILLIAMS: "I would say I'm sorry, Brian, but I am not, I have no reason to. I had her first. If it had not been for me moving on, she would probably still be with me, because I know I would not have let the terrible tragedy happen. I would have taken good care of dear Katherine."
(The scene then cuts to Bryan Peek's apartment. We see him in his kitchen, smoking a cigarette.)
BRYAN PEEK: "I know what your exact movements are, I know what you are capable of doing to get the World Heavyweight title. Because I know all that about you, Williams, I do not fear you nor give a damn about you."
(The scene cuts to Jeff Christianson sitting in an airplane, watching last year's Hell Bowl Chamber.)
JEFF CHRISTIANSON: "Prepare to see a new side of me that you'd never expect. Prepare to see something unexpected. Prepare to see the man who proves the God is more of a peasant than anything else. Prepare to be beaten."
(The scene now cuts to Snake and Maria standing in front of a car for the first time since Snake's incident.)
SNAKE: "Someday, this will all end for you... and I want you to ask yourself... are you happy with yourself? I am. Are you happy... with your outlook... on life? I am. Can you... go to your grave... knowing and admitting... all of the harm you... have done? I can."
(We now cut to Low standing in the Chamber in an empty RCA Dome a little more than 24 hours ago.)
LOW: "There is very little in life that Low fears, but one thing is mediocrity. At Hell Bowl 2004, Low was mediocre. In 2005, Low's goal is to erase the memory of that performance and show to the world that there is one man that can do what nobody else could – be more dominant than Brian Williams."
(We now cut to Brian Williams standing on a balcony, barely a motion in his body.)
BRIAN WILLIAMS: "What is worse, climbing halfway only to realize that the trip was in vain and then stopping? Or climbing beyond your limits and either succeeding in your ascent or dying while trying to succeed? I, for one, chose death."
(We finally cut to last week's edition of AWA Sunday Night Shock, where Commissioner Santini is standing in the middle of the ring.)
COMMISSIONER SANTINI: "One by one, each man will fall until only one battered, bloody and bruised man is left standing... and that man will be crowned the AWA World Champion. And to ensure law and order is kept in this match, the only man in the AWA that can keep those six egos in check will be responsible for ensuring that the TRUE Champion walks out with the title... Your commissioner, Dave 'The Rave' Santini, will call everything straight down the middle."
(The video package ends with a graphic showing all seven men involved in this match. We cut back to the RCA Dome and suddenly all lights go out and we hear the first tunes of Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar On Me". Two red light beams focus on Dave Santini, wearing a referee shirt, standing on top of the long ramp. Massive fireworks go off as Santini starts walking down the ramp and the aisle towards the Chamber.)
HS: "Dave 'The Rave' Santini has been the AWA commissioner for the better part of the past two years. He is a former Hardcore Champion, a former Intercontinental Champion, a two-time former United States Champion and in November 2002 he defeated Ray Owens to become the World Heavyweight Champion."
FJ: "There goes Herb's history lesson again."
HS: "Frank, Santini said he'd call the match right down the middle, what's your take on that?"
FJ: "Well, who am I to doubt our great commissioner, huh, Herb? The only thing I see happening might be a conversation here or there with Jeff Christianson."
HS: "Well, Santini certainly isn't friends with anybody participating in this match, but you've got to wonder what the relationship between him and Brian Williams is these days."
(Santini steps through the gate and into the Chamber as the 65.000 plus fans boo him mercilessly. "Diggin Up The Corpses" by Devil Driver starts playing and a massive wall of fire erupts from the stage. Snake walks out from the back with most of the crowd booing him loudly.)
FJ: "The leader of Toxic Melody is making his way down the aisle, but where is his hot sister, Violent Harmony?"
HS: "Well, I have been informed that Commissioner Santini has ordered any and all valets, managers, friends, tag team partners, stable mates, whatever, to stay away from ringside or risk permanent suspension."
FJ: "Hmmm, I guess that's a good call."
HS: "Snake joined the AWA about a year ago and has made an immediate impact by winning the Intercontinental title twice. At Wrestlefest VI he lost to Brian Williams and I am sure he wants to avenge that loss at one of the biggest shows of 2004."
FJ: "And he might take exception to a few of the things that Low said as well."
(Snake walks through the gate and gets into the ring by stepping over the ropes. He exchanges a quick glance with Santini as the lights go down again and "Down With The Sickness" by Disturbed begins to play. A new entrance video reminds us of how Bryan Peek attacked his brother and his cousin weeks ago. The crowd boos loudly as a silver spotlight hits the top of the ramp while dark red and grey strobe lights dance around. Then the pyros go off and a grinning Bryan Peek makes his way towards the Chamber.)
FJ: "OH WA AH AH AH! Focus! Hunt! Annihilate!"
HS: "Right. Bryan Peek is a two-time Tag Team Champion, a two-time Television Champion and a former United States Champion. Like Snake he is looking to win his first World title here tonight."
FJ: "Let's not forget that he not only turned on his own brother Andy and his cousin Audrey, he also betrayed Jeff Christianson."
HS: "Absolutely."
(Peek has now reached the Chamber a looks at it from top to bottom. He steps inside the Chamber and then stares at Santini and then at Snake, who has already entered one of the glass chambers.)
HS: "As Bryan Peek seems to take his time looking at the Chamber, let me remind our viewers that the last two men entering the RCA Dome will start this match. Then a man whose name was drawn at random will enter the Chamber every five minutes as opposed to every three minutes as last it was last year. Eliminations can occur throughout the match by pinfall and submission and can also occur ANYPLACE INSIDE the Chamber. The last man standing wins."
FJ: "Ok, remind them."
HS: "Who?"
FJ: "Our viewers!"
HS: "I just did that, you idiot!"
(Peek has finally found his way into one of the glass chambers. "Open Your Eyes" by Alter Bridge starts playing and out comes John Williams to the a huge ovation from the crowd. However, a few boos are mixed in there as Williams makes his way down the aisle.)
HS: "John Williams' latest revelation regarding himself and Katherine was certainly controversial to say the least."
FJ: "Controversial? What kind of a man would do that to his own brother?"
HS: "Well, the Williams brothers don't have a lot of love lost between them. Anyway, John Williams has quite a few credentials that warrant mentioning. Along with his brother he defeated The Peeks to win the Tag Team title. He is the longest reigning United States Champion in history, having broken Santini's previous long standing record. And in June 2004 he defeated C-Rock to win the World Heavyweight title."
FJ: "That family still should get some therapy."
(John Williams steps through the gate and into the Chamber while also exchanging glances with the special referee. "Family Ties" by Cam'Ron and company begins to play as a red light from the entrance leads the AWA World Champion Jeff Christianson down the ramp to the people's boos.)
HS: "'Dark Warrior' Jeff Christianson looks to be in anything but great shape after the schedule Dave Santini put him through since Wrestlefest. And let's not forget that altercation he had with Bryan Peek earlier tonight."
FJ: "If Jeff Christianson comes out now... then that means that we will start Hell Bowl 2005 exactly the way we started Hell Bowl 2004!"
HS: "I guess you're right, Herb. Jeff Christianson is the third Grand Slam Champion in AWA history. He is a former Hardcore Champion, a former Television Champion, a former Tag Team Champion with C-Rock, a former Cruiserweight Champion, a record-sharing three-time United States Champion, and he defeated LJ Vacamas in 2003 and John Williams and Jayson Price in 2004 to win three World Heavyweight titles."
FJ: "And he is the UNDISPUTED World Heavyweight Champion, Herb!"
HS: "That he is."
(Christianson, the new World title belt placed proudly across his shoulder, limps as he gets into the Chamber. Dave Santini has a broad grin on his face as he points to his referee shirt. Christianson begrudgingly hands the belt to Santini and then walks into the fourth glass chamber. The entire lighting of the RCA Dome goes on and we can look at each and everyone of the 65.000 fans as the unbearable noises of Lou Reed's "Metla Machine Music, Part 4" hit the speakers. The fans boo as a determined looking Low makes his way down the aisle.)
FJ: "You know, people have been questioning Low's involvement in this match and also his state of mind. After all, there have been some problems with Ramona A. Stone recently. But this Low is as determined as the Low that walked down the aisle at Classic 2001! I just wish he'd pick a new entrance music."
HS: "Or something resembling music to begin with. This man, ladies and gentlemen, is the first-ever Grand Slam Champion. He held the Tag Team title alongside Black Dragon. He is a former Hardcore Champion, a two-time Television Champion, a two-time Cruiserweight Champion, a two-time United States Champion and a record-setting five-time World Heavyweight Champion, having defeated Jack Happy in 2001, Steven Caldera in 2002, Mortis Valley in 2003 and The Fish in 2004. And let's not forget the controversy surrounding him and Brian Williams that led to the AWA AND the World title to be split up."
(Low walks into the Chamber and into the ring and immediately has some words for Santini. Santini, however, again is only smiling and pointing to his referee shirt. The RCA Dome goes from being completely lit to being completely dark as "Orion" by Metallica begins to play. A red light and smoke give the impression that the ramp and aisle are covered in an eerie haze. As the fireworks go off, Brian Williams marches through the smoke and down the ramp.)
FJ: "Look at the look on his face! He killed Adam Bawm and I am SURE he is going to kill his own brother!"
HS: "Brian Williams just yesterday found out that his brother had an affair with the love of his life. Before we enter the carnage, though, let me list Williams' credentials. He is a former Tag Team Champion, a two-time Hardcore Champion, a former Television Champion, and he defeated Zeal in 2003 and Nightmist in 2004 to become a two-time and longest reigning World Heavyweight Champion."
FJ: "And just like in 2004, he is going to start Hell Bowl facing off with Low, who wants to erase the stigma of being the first man eliminated back in 2004."
HS: "It doesn't look as if Williams cares too much about Low right now!"
(Indeed Brian Williams is storming into the Chamber as an outside referee closes the gate behind him. Williams immediately walks towards the glass chamber containing his brother, who is just staring at him. Brian yells at John and starts kicking and punching the glass chamber, apparently trying to get his hands on him before he officially enters the ring. Santini is immediately there and tries to pull Brian away, but Brian is too enraged for Santini to pull him away. Low now comes from behind and along with Santini pulls Brian down and onto the steel grating. Santini immediately points his finger at Low's chest and tells him to stay out of it. Low just yells back at him. Meanwhile Brian is back on his feet and now runs at John's glass chamber, trying to break it and get his fingers on him.)
HS: "Low certainly is unhappy Santini wouldn't grant hima title shot against Christianson last week. This match hasn't even started yet and already we are seeing more action than in some wrestlers' careers."
FJ: "And unlike some other companies we don't use plexiglass, we use some pretty thick REAL glass. This isn't going to break that soon!"
(Low again tries to pull Williams down, but this time Williams turns around and hits Low with an elbow to the side of his head. Realizing he can't get through to his brother just yet, Williams starts nailing Low with lefts and rights as Santini calls for the bell to officially start the match. Low fights back with right fists on his own, followed by a series of chops.)
FJ: "Wooooo!"
HS: "Ummm, yes..."
(Low backs Brian up against John's chamber. He takes a few steps back and then charges at Brian, but Brian moves out of the way and Low hits the glass instead. It still doesn't break. Brian then grabs Low by the head and starts ramming his head into the glass chamber, still not breaking it. Focusing on his task at hand, Brian picks Low up and just throws him across the elevated steel floor. Low is holding his back as Brian pulls him up and then grabs him by the throat. Instead of hitting a choke slam, though, Brian just rams Low back first into the steel chains, again and again and again, until Low slumps to his knees.)
HS: "Very different start than last year, although so far it seems that Brian Williams is going to repeat his sadistic performance of last year."
FJ: "Williams is not your typical wrestler. He won't throw too many suplexes or tie you up in knots as Low would, but he'll give you the damndest fight of your life."
(Williams picks Low up and goes for a short-arm clothesline, but Low ducks and hits a few more chops to Williams' chest. He then grabs Brian by his long hair and pulls him against the chains, again and again.)
FJ: "At least we know Williams doesn't wear a wig. But he certainly is going to get a headache from his head being smashed into the steel chains."
(Williams grabs Low by the throat again and chokes him until he has no choice but to release Williams' hair from his grip. Williams then runs forward and just pushes Low back into the ring. He then looks at John again and starts kicking at the glass chamber, but to no avail. Instead, Brian climbs onto the top rope and reaches through the roof of the glass chamber, which consists of chains as well. He can actually grab John by the hair, but Low comes from behind and hits a low blow on Brian before smashing Brian's head into the steel chains of the glass chamber's roof. Low then lifts Williams up and hits a belly-to-back suplex off the top rope!)
HS: "What a suplex! There is a 99 pound weight difference between these two men, but over 600 pounds just came crashing down in the enter of the ring."
FJ: "Look at this, I think even Santini is impressed."
(Low is the first man back up, but he knows that a cover at this stage won't work and instead he's just laying the boots to Williams, who is holding his neck. Low is mounting Williams and starts nailing him with right fists, however Williams is able to push Low off. He hits him with a clothesline, but Low is back on his feet almost immediately. Williams goes for another clothesline, but Low ducks and then hits a clothesline of his own, sending Brian back onto the steel and right in front of John. Low follows and kicks Brian's head a few times and then pulls him up by the hair. He whips Brian into the Chamber's wall of chain, and does so again, again, again and again, until even Williams drops down to his knees.)
FJ: "Good thing this Chamber is made of solid steel if it has to sustain so much punishment."
HS: "Low certainly doesn't look like he is trying to do any fancy wrestling here tonight."
(Low slams Brian's head onto the steel grating and then goes for a sugar hold. Brian, however, is able to get up with Low on his back and then rams him back first into the chain wall, forcing Low to release the sugar hold. Williams follows this up by rubbing Low's face across the chains as Low screams in pain.)
FJ: "Look at this! Low is busted open!"
HS: "Low said it himself, the Chamber and his flesh are going to spend a lot of time together, and pieces of Low's flesh are going to spend eternity with the Chamber."
(Blood is pouring down Low's face as Brian keeps rubbing it across the chains. However, as the fans start counting down until the first glass chamber is opened, Brian lifts Low up by his throat, chokes him while holding him up and then dumps him into the ring. He walks over to John's chamber, eagerly waiting for him to step out.)
HS: "Listen to this crowd!"
(5..... 4..... 3..... 2..... 1! A buzzer goes off and lights flicker back and forth between the four chambers. The lights stop and Jeff Christianson walks out of his chamber. Brian Williams obviously is very upset and starts pounding away at John's chamber again. Christianson, meanwhile, has stepped into the ring, still limping from weeks of attacks on his injured leg. His forehead is bandaged after what happened earlier with Bryan Peek. Low is still on the mat and Christianson uses the opportunity to immediately apply the Grapevine Anklelock!)
FJ: "That's his finisher, he might eliminate Low right away!"
HS: "Low has been in the match with Brian Williams for five minutes, but the question is whether there was enough damage done for Christianson to eliminate him so easily."
(Santini is now yelling at Williams and points at Dark Warrior. Williams stops hitting his brother's glass chamber and gets back into the ring, where he breaks up the Grapevine Anklelock by hitting DW with an elbow drop.)
FJ: "What is he doing? This could have been his chance to get rid of his toughest opponent!"
HS: "Well, Low and Williams have made it clear that they are not going to allow anybody to keep them from fighting it out once and for all. Besides, there is still Santini's presence that obviously has something to do with this."
FJ: "Well, Santini was the one responsible for Williams getting dug up again, so he owes Santini one."
(Williams has started stomping away at Christianson's injured leg. He pulls the limping World Champion up to his feet and then hits a sidewalk slam. He covers and Santini counts 1..... but DW kicks out immediately, not risking anything.)
FJ: "See, Santini is a fair referee."
HS: "Well, the count MIGHT have been a little fast."
FJ: "Nope, not at all, Herb."
(Santini makes a motion as if he is going to hit somebody with his fist and tells Williams to go for Christianson's head. And indeed Williams pulls the bandage off of DW's head and alternates hitting closed fists with just scratching and tearing at Christianson's face. Finally, the wounds from earlier on are opened again and Christianson's face becomes a crimson mask.)
FJ: "More blood flowing."
(Williams is still on top of Dark Warrior and keeps pounding away, but now Low joins him and repeatedly kicks at both of Christianson's legs.)
FJ: "You were right, Herb, they join forces to get rid of anyone standing in their way."
(Williams pulls Christianson up to his feet, lifts him up and presses him over his head with a military press, before sending him down to the mat. Low then grabs Christianson's leg and applies a figure four leglock as Dark Warrior screams in pain. Santini looks on with a somewhat doubtful look on his face. He walks over to Brian Williams and says something to him. Williams suddenly walks over to Low, jumps high into the air and hits a legdrop on Low, forcing him to release the figure four.)
HS: "It seems that Santini wants Williams to get rid of Christianson."
(Williams now applies a standing figure four leglock on his own. Low is back up again and pushes Santini! Santini points to his referee shirt, but Low simply shows him the middle finger. As the two argue back and forth they don't see Christianson rolling up Williams. With no one to count, however, Williams frees himself and goes for an elbow drop, yet DW is able to roll out of the way. Low turns around and sees this and immediately hits a chop block into the back of Christianson's legs. Williams and Low now pick DW up and send him into the ropes, but DW ducks their double-clothesline attempt. As both men turn around, DW pokes Williams into the eyes, sending him several feet back. Low is hit with a snap suplex, but DW holds on, picks Low up again and hits a second snap suplex. He goes for a third one, but this time Williams is there and nails DW with a forearm to the back of the head, causing him to release Low. Williams now sets DW up for a choke slam, but DW counters with a kick to Williams' groin, hooks his head and hits the third snap suplex on Williams.)
FJ: "Dark Warrior is dominating both Low AND Brian Williams!"
(Christianson now applies the Grapevine Anklelock on Williams, but Low walks over and tries to legdrop Christianson. Christianson, though, grabs Low's leg, floats over and applies the Grapevine Anklelock on Low!)
HS: "I can't believe what I am seeing!"
FJ: "And listen to the fans getting behind Dark Warrior!"
(Low, though, is finally able to free himself by kicking straight into Christiansson's bloody face. Low rolls over, picks up DW's legs and applies the Low Profile!)
HS: "This could be it! Christianson's legs are so damaged and he has lost a huge amount of blood, and this is the Low Profile after all!"
(Christianson shakes his head while Santini is there to check on him. As Christianson makes a motion as if he is about to tap out, Santini yells for Williams to get over there and make sure he is the one to punish Warrior some more. Williams, though, has exited the ring by now and is slamming his hands at John's chamber as the fans are counting down again for wrestler number four to enter.)
HS: "Santini is yelling for Williams to do something, Williams is yelling for his brother to enter the Chamber and Christianson is yelling from the pain he suffers in the Low Profile!"
FJ: "Who's going to be next, Herb, Snake, Peek or John Williams?"
HS: "We'll find out now!"
(5..... 4..... 3..... 2..... 1! The lights flicker back and forth and stop over Bryan Peek's chamber! Peek storms out of his chamber and into the ring where he breaks up the Low Profile by sending Low to the mat with a thunderous spear! He immediately grabs Christianson's leg and applies an anklelock of his own!)
FJ: "Everybody is going after Dark Warrior's bleeding head and his injured leg, but he's fighting them all!"
(Realizing he won't get his brother just yet, Brian Williams gets back into the ring and hits Peek with a big boot, forcing him to release the anklelock. Low is back up and chops Williams a few times, but Williams nails Low with another big boot and sends him to the mat as well. Williams then pulls Christianson up to his feet and hits a DDT. Williams then pulls Low up to his feet, applies a full nelson, lifts Low up and sends him down with a full nelson slam. Peek runs at Williams with a running clothesline attempt, but Williams ducks, spins around, grabs Peek by the throat and hits a choke slam.)
FJ: "There are bodies left and right of Brian Williams and only one man is standing!"
(Williams pulls Dark Warrior up again, picks him up in a military press, walks towards the ropes and throws him against the steel chains! He then picks Low up, lifts him up as well and does the same to him on the other side! Williams now pulls Peek up, lifts him up as well and walks towards the ropes again, but Peek rakes Williams' eyes and gets out of his grip, landing on his feet outside the ring on the steel. He hooks Williams' head, lifts him up and hits a brainbuster to the outside and onto the steel!)
FJ: "What a move!"
HS: "And look at this, Brian Williams is busted open as well!"
(Indeed we see a huge gash that opened up on Williams' forehead. Peek gets back into the ring and walks over to the side where Low is just starting to get back up. Just as Low turns around Peek takes off and hits the Peek Spear into the chain wall. Low is holding the back of his head as the crowd boos Peek loudly. In the meantime Christianson has left the ring and starts pounding away at Brian's bleeding forehead.)
HS: "The tide certainly has turned for Brian Williams."
FJ: "Peek has had quite the impact on this match as it looked as if Dark Warrior was about to tap out. Now he is the one dishing out the punishment."
(Peek has pulled Low back up to his feet and lifts him up into a torture rack, obviously going for the Peek Culture. Low, however, is able to slip off of Peek's shoulders. He kicks him into the midsection and goes for the Low Stunner, but Peek pushes him off and face first into the steel chains. Peek now grabs Low's arm and tries to Irish whip him into the ropes, but Low reverses and whips Peek into the ropes and then the steel chains. As Peek turns around, Low hits the Low Stunner on the outside. He immediately goes for the cover.)
HS: "Low is covering Peek after the Low Stunner! Where is Santini?"
FJ: "He's trying to keep this match under his control!"
(We see Santini and Christianson having some words as Santini tells Christianson to stop using his closed fist on Williams.)
HS: "This is ridiculous, they are using steel chains to bash each others brains out and are not allowed to use closed fists?"
FJ: "Well, maybe Santini is buying Williams some time after that devastating brainbuster onto the steel."
(An enraged Low gets off of Peek and gets back into the ring. He slaps Santini's head from behind and Santini turns around, staring right at Low. Low pushes Santini again, but Santini doesn't allow himself to be provoked. Low pushes Santini again, but still Santini stays calm. Low finally slaps Santini with his open hand and now Santini gets angry. He goes for a slap himself, but Low ducks, kicks Santini into the midsection and goes for the Low Stunner. Santini, however, pushes him off and into the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Low ducks this and hits a clothesline of his own.)
FJ: "He can't attack the referee like that! I bet this is for Santini denying Low a shot at Dark Warrior!"
HS: "And the fans can't even decide who to cheer for!"
(Christianson is now back in the ring and kicks Low into the stomach. He puts Low's head between his legs, hooks his arms and hits a pedigree. However, due to the impact he hurts his own leg a little more. Bryan Peek has returned into the ring by now and applies a cobra clutch on the grounded Christianson. Santini is slowly getting up by now while Williams walks over to his brother's chamber again.)
HS: "Brian is again yelling at his brother John, who is simply standing there and staring at him."
(Brian again starts pounding John's glass chamber with his open hands. He then starts hitting it with his fists and goes on to kick it and suddenly we see a first crack in the glass! John Williams now moves and seems to be a little caught off guard, yet he motions for Brian to continue.)
FJ: "John is telling Brian 'Come and get me!'"
HS: "It's not John's turn yet!"
(Brian now takes a few steps back and then runs at the glass, shattering it in a million pieces!)
HS & FJ: "OH MY GOD!"
(The crowd erupts in a 'Holy shit!' chant as Brian and John Williams are lying in a pile of glass within the chamber. We see that Brian suffered a large cut on his left arm that is bleeding profusely, while John's upper body is bleeding from dozens of splinters. John starts nailing Brian with a series of fists to his head, but Brian is the first one up on his feet. He grabs John by the throat and – still inside the glass chamber – starts ramming him into the steel chains repeatedly. In the ring, Peek has pulled up Christianson while still holding the cobra clutch, hitting a cobra clutch slam. Low, however, tackles Peek into the legs and then applies a figure four leglock.)
HS: "This is complete carnage, Frank, and we are far from done yet."
(Brian has now turned John to the other side and starts ramming him against the other glass wall of the internal chamber. From the outside we can see it cracking before Brian gathers all his strength and throws his older brother through the glass! The fans are actually cheering Brian somewhat as the camera focuses on a large cut on John's back. John pulls himself up using the steel chains, but Brian wraps his right arm around John's neck, reaches through the chains with his other arm and then chokes John against the Chamber wall.)
HS: "He's going to kill him!"
FJ: "Yes! I love it!"
(The lights go darker and the fans start counting down again..... 5..... 4..... 3..... 2..... 1! The lights flicker and they stop on John Williams' chamber!)
HS: "'The Icon' is already in it!"
FJ: "And so is John Williams!"
HS: "Huh?"
(While Brian still chokes John, Christianson has broken Low's figure four on Peek. Santini is now outside the ring with the Williams brothers and tries to reason with Brian. He is successful, as Brian releases the choke he had applied. Instead, though, he just starts choking him with his bare hands, pressing him against the chain wall while doing so. In the ring, Low and DW are exchanging knife edge chops, much to the delight of the crowd.)
FJ: "Wooooo!"
HS: "Will you stop?"
FJ: "No. Wooooo!"
(Christianson seems to get the upper hand, but Low finally ducks one of the Champion's chops, kicks him into the midsection and goes for the Low Stunner. Christianson, however, pushes Low off and into the ropes connects with a kick to the midsection himself. He turns Low around and hooks his arms, preparing to hit an Unprettier, but Low counters with a mule kick right into DW's groin. DW is doubled over and suddenly Peek grabs DW and hits the Peekbull lariat. On the outside, Brian is still choking John, who has dropped down to his knees by now. Santini pleads with Brian to release the choke, but to no avail. Finally, Santini grabs Brian and tries to pull him off and John uses the opportunity to hit Brian right on his nose, forcing him to release the choke.)
FJ: "have you heard that noise!"
HS: "Look at Brian's nose, blood is freely flowing out of it. I think John Williams night have broken his brother's nose."
(Brian sinks to the ground and holds his face, while Santini is just shaking his head. John is leaning against the chain wall, trying to catch some breath. In the ring Low and peek have engaged into a fist fight, with none of them really getting the upper hand. Low backs Peek into the ropes and then sends him across the ring with an Irish whip. Low goes into the ropes himself, going for a lariat, but Peek ducks and then nails Low with a reverse DDT. He covers and Santini jumps into the ring to count 1..... 2..... and a kick out. Peek now yells at Santini, but Santini yells right back at him.)
HS: "Well, say what you will, but Santini was quick to get back into the ring for that cover. And besides clearly wanting Brian Williams to take out Christianson, he's mostly been impartial."
FJ: "Did you have any doubts, Herb?"
HS: "Oh, BARELY!"
(Peek pulls Low up by his blood stained hair and whips him into the ropes. He picks Low up and hits a quick spinebuster. Another cover gets 1..... 2..... and another kick out. Low and Peek are back up again and now Peek hooks Low's head between his legs, lifts him up and hits a huge power bomb. He doesn't get to make a cover this time, though, as Christianson comes from behind and hits a German suplex.)
FJ: "Three men are on the mat inside the ring, and two men are on the outside on the steel floor."
HS: "But John Williams is back on his feet and starts kicking his brother right into the face on his presumably broken nose!"
(John now pulls Brian up and rams him face first into the chains. Brian is holding his nose, his face a crimson mask, blood flowing down his cut arm. John's back is also covered in red. He now hooks Brian's head between his legs, pulls him up and hits a cradle piledriver onto the steel! John covers Brian and Santini has no choice but to get onto the steel grating and count 1..... 2..... no! Kick out!)
FJ: "Brian Williams seems to be out of it."
HS: "No wonder after this piledriver."
(John now lets go of his brother while Santini is back inside the ring. Peek is the first man back up. He walks over to Christianson and grabs him by the hair, but Christianson connects with a throat thrust, sending Peek back a few steps. DW then grabs Peek's leg and pulls it out from under him. DW gets up incredibly quick considering the state of his legs and applies the Grapevine Anklelock on Peek once again. Low is also making it back to his feet, but just as he turns around, Santini connects with an open handed slap to Low's face.)
HS: "Hey!"
FJ: "Payback for earlier, Herb, nothing more, nothing less."
(Low staggers around after this slap. Not for long, however, as John Williams uses the top rope to catapult himself into the ring, hitting Low with a springboard clothesline along the way. Brian is following him closely, however, and hits John with a bit boot before slumping back to the canvas himself.)
HS: "This is a wreck, Herb, and except for Santini, everybody's on the ground."
FJ: "But Christianson is still applying the Grapevine Anklelock!"
(And indeed it looks as if Peek is ready to tap out, but the clock starts ticking down again and the fans count along with it..... 5..... 4..... 3..... 2..... 1! No more light flickering as Snake is the sixth man to enter the Hell Bowl Chamber amidst a chorus of boos from the Indianapolis crowd. Snake quickly enters the ring and breaks up the Grapevine Anklelock.)
HS: "Why is he doing this? It can only be to his advantage if ANY wrestler gets eliminated!"
FJ: "Maybe he wants a piece of the World Champion to earn his way up the ladder?"
(Snake pulls the bloodied and battered Christianson up and Irish whips him into the ropes. He catches him by the throat, lifts him up and hits the Snake Strike. He then goes into the ropes and nails John Williams with a power clothesline, sending him right back to the mat only seconds after he got up. Snake then pulls Low back to his feet, hooks his head between his legs, lifts him up and hits a crucifix power bomb.)
HS: "Snake is certainly leaving an early impression here."
FJ: "He's cleaning house and now he's going after Brian Williams."
(Snake has now mounted Brian Williams and starts pounding away at him with lefts and rights. Bryan Peek, however, pulls him off of Williams, kicks him into the stomach and lifts him up going for the Peek Culture. Snake, though, is able to struggle free and hits a series of knees to Peek's gut. Snake then kneels down, lifts Peek up and hits the Injection!)
FJ: "The Injection!"
HS: "Snake covers Peek!"
(Santini immediately drops down to his knees and counts 1..... 2..... 3! Bryan Peek has been eliminated!)
FJ: "Listen to the fans!"
HS: "They are cheering Peek as they cheered him in the past, only now they cheer because he has been eliminated!"
(Santini and an outside referee make sure Peek is leaving the Chamber. Snake, meanwhile, has returned to blasting Brian Williams with lefts and rights, but now Williams is able to fight his way back up. The two exchange fists, but the fresher Snake finally gets the upper hand. He whips Brian into the ropes, catches him and hits a quick belly-to-belly suplex. Snake covers and gets 1..... 2..... and a kick out. He holds on to Brian, though, and now applies a bear hug to him on the ground. Williams is barely able to position his body so that he is not in a pinning position. John Williams and Low are on their feet again as well. Low gains an advantage with a kick to John's gut. He then lifts him up and goes for a Northern lights bomb, but John can struggle free, lifts Low up and hits All She Wrote! He covers and gets 1..... 2..... no! Close kick out!)
FJ: "Puuuuh, this was close! Go Low!"
HS: "Low is shaken right now, but Jeff Christianson is up again and waiting for John Williams to turn around!"
(DW is right behind Williams, practically stalking him. John turns around and DW picks him up, apparently going for a tombstone piledriver. The much bigger Williams, though, si able to shift his weight and get back onto the mat, pulling DW up with him in the process and now having the Champion in the same position he was in moments earlier. Williams drops down and connects with a sitout tombstone piledriver. He covers and gets 1..... 2..... and a kick out!)
FJ: "Dark Warrior is still fighting for his title!"
(In the meantime Snake has released the bear hug and is now walking Brian to the corner. John does the same with DW on the opposite side of the ring, while Low is still on the ground. Snake puts Brian onto the top turnbuckle and follows him onto the ropes. Snake goes for a superplex, but Brian holds on to the top rope and fights Snake with a series of fists. Brian now positions himself so that he can stand somewhat balanced and then picks Snake up. He VERY briefly manages to press him over his head and then they come crashing down the ropes and to the outside of the ring onto the steel floor with the Calling Of The Cataclysmic! The fans erupt in another 'Holy shit!' chant.)
FJ: "Oh my god, he just might have killed Snake!"
HS: "Say what you will about Brian Williams, but this match is yet another impressive display by the former Champion!"
(On the other side of the ring John has applied a dragon sleeper on DW. He holds on to it until DW barely moves, then jumps off, spins around and hits his Time To Shine!)
HS: "This is how he pinned Christianson three weeks ago!"
(John crawls over to Christianson and goes for the cover. Santini gets down and counts 1..... 2..... NO! The closest kick out you will ever see! John is visibly upset and stares at Santini, but Santini shakes his head as if to say he counted fair and square. Low uses John's momentary distraction and hits him with the Low Stunner! He doesn't get the chance to cover him, though, as Brian has made his way back into the ring and nails Low with the Blinded Fate. Instead of covering him, though, he stands up and looks at the carnage inside the Chamber.)
HS: "Look at this, Frank! Snake unconscious on the outside after the Calling Of The Cataclysmic. Low on the mat after the Blinded Fate. Christianson down and out after the Time To Shine. John in another world after the Low Stunner. And Brian Williams is the only man standing."
(Suddenly the crowd erupts in loud boos as we see a slim figure running down the long aisle towards the Chamber.)
FJ: "LETHAL LOUISE!"
HS: "What is Dave Santini's fiancé doing here?"
FJ: "She's got The Equalizer with her!"
(Lethal Louise, looking better than ever, reaches the Chamber and yells for Santini. Santini looks at her and smiles. He nods at Louise and Louise slides The Equalizer into the Chamber. The other referees then tell her to leave again, which she voluntarily does. Santini, however, picks up The Equalizer and looks at it with a gleam in his eyes. He then walks up to Brian, smiles and nods. Brian takes The Equalizer and stares at it, contemplating what to do with this metal nightstick. Brian quickly turns around and hits Low with it right across the head, sending him back to the mat. He then pulls John up to his knees and nails him across the head as well. Wasting no time, Brian steps over the ropes and hits Snake, who was just back to all fours.)
HS: "My god, Williams is using Santini's Equalizer to cause total destruction!"
FJ: "But why has he spared Dark Warrior?"
HS: "I don't know!"
(Brian gets back into the ring and walks over to Santini, standing over Christianson, who is holding his hurting leg. Santini then looks at Williams and nods. Williams, however, doesn't move at all. Santini then talks to Williams and the camera can pick up what is being said."
SANTINI: "Come on, Williams, remember the deal! Destroy him! NOW!"
FJ: "That's what their deal was!"
HS: "Santini wants Brian Williams to destroy Jeff Christian-... NO!"
(Williams now starts beating Christianson up with The Equalizer. Williams looks as if he's in another world now as he repeatedly smashes Christianson with The Equalizer. From the ribs he goes to the legs, then to the arms and back to the legs. Finally, Santini helps Williams by pulling Christianson up and holding him for Williams.)
HS: "Now he wants Williams to hit Christianson across the head as well! Listen to the fans, they are silent out of shock!"
(Williams takes a few steps back and then hits Christianson across the head with The Equalizer. Santini looks at Christianson with a satisfied look on his face. He bends down to Christianson and trash talks him. Finally, he raises his arms to celebrate as the crowd practically boos him out of the building. He turns around and BOOM! WILLIAMS HITS SANTINI WITH THE EQUALIZER!)
HS: "WHAT?!?!"
(The crowd explodes into cheers as Williams nails Santini with his own Equalizer right across the head, opening a large wound on Santini's forehead! Williams then does to Santini what he just did to Christianson. Williams seems to be in a blood rush and just continues beating Santini's entire body. Santini, half-conscious, tries to cover his head, but Williams just nails him wherever he can. Finally, he starts hitting Santini's hands until Santini has no choice but to stop protecting his head. Williams shows no remorse as he continues his beating on Santini's head. He then puts The Equalizer into his pants and picks Santini up. He lifts him into a bodyslam position and then throws him over the top rope and onto the steel floor right in front of the gate. He lifts Santini up once again, picks him up as if for a tombstone and then just runs towards the glass chamber. Just before reaching it, he throws Santini head first into the glass, causing it to break and burying Santini under thounsands of splinters. Santini is bleeding from his head and from his arms and through the white parts of his referee shirt we can see he is also bleeding from his upper body.)
FJ: "This is the total destruction of Dave Santini! This is one of Santini's plans that backfired terribly!"
HS: "But listen to the crowd, they love it!"
(As two of the outside referees enter the Chamber to tend to Santini, Williams returns back into the ring. He takes The Equalizer and hits the lying Christianson across the back of his head once more. He then picks him up and lifts him over the top rope and onto the steel.)
HS: "He's walking towards yet another glass chamber!"
(And indeed Williams picks Christianson up as if for a shinbreaker, but he just runs at the glass chamber and rams Christianson's injured knee against the glass, causing it to crack. Christianson drops to the ground and Williams applies the Struggle Within. A third outside referee runs into the Chamber and over to where Williams and Christianson are just in time to see Christianson tap out! Jeff Christianson is eliminated!)
FJ: "The World Champion is gone! Brian, John, Snake or Low, one of them will be the new World Heavyweight Champion!"
HS: "But look at the carnage, look at this carnage! EMTs are coming down the aisle with TWO stretchers. Lethal Louise, with a horrified look on her face, is coming down as well!"
(The referees and EMTs first pull Santini out of the Chamber and onto the stretcher. The third referee finally succeeds in getting Williams to release Christianson. Williams then picks up and stares at The Equalizer before throwing it all the way across the ring and out of the gate, almost hitting one of the EMTs in the head with it. Another group of EMTs pulls out Jeff Christianson.)
FJ: "I can't believe these rude fans here in Indianapolis! How can they cheer such a despicable act? Brian Williams might have injured two honorable men in Dave Santini and Jeff Christianson permanently!"
HS: "Honorable men, huh?"
FJ: "Yeah!"
HS: "Low, John and Snake only witnessed parts of what went down here, but they are all slowly getting back up to their feet as the EMTs roll out Santini and Christianson. And it seems like one of our regular referees is going to take over for our 'beloved' commissioner."
FJ: "Funny, Herb!"
(All four remaining men are up now and back in the ring. Snake is the first man to take action as he jumps at Low and starts pummeling him with lefts and rights in the corner. John storms at Brian, but his kicks, chops and punches don't seem to have an effect on Brian in this state of mind. Brian manages to duck one of John's wild punches, picks him up and hits a spinebuster. The blood of John's back leaves a big red stain on the mat. Brian picks his brother up, grabs him by the head and by the tights and throws him over the top rope and onto the steel. Brian follows him and grabs him just the way he did to throw John out of the ring, but this time he just throws him head first into the steel chains. He repeats this procedure a second time, a third time, a fourth time and a fifth time, finally opening up John's forehead as well.)
FJ: "You could possibly safe a small village with the blood being left in this Chamber here tonight!"
HS: "You may be right, Frank."
(Brian now grabs John's head with both of his massive hands. He walks him over to the glass chamber he smashed DW's knee into earlier and rams John's head right where the crack is, but the glass doesn't break. He rams him into the glass for a second time, then a third time, but the glass still won't break.)
FJ: "I wonder if Brian Williams is trying to hurt his brother or the glass."
(Finally, after ramming John's head into the glass for a fourth time, the glass breaks. John Williams seems to be unconscious now. Brian pulls him a few feet away from the glass chamber and then applies Fate's Reprisal. The referee, who was checking Low and Snake after they hit each other with a double-clothesline in the middle of the ring, immediately steps out of the ring. He asks John if he wants to give up or tap out, but John doesn't respond. The referee lifts John's free arm up and it drops. He does it again and it drops for the second time. The referee checks John's face closely, lifts his arm up and it drops for a third time! John Williams has been eliminated!)
(The referee tells Brian to release John, but Brian apparently tries to choke John out. He lets out a spine tingling scream as he obviously puts more strength into the hold. Finally, Snake steps over the ropes and pushes both Williams brothers into the steel chains, forcing Brian to release the hold. A second referee opens the gate and enters the Chamber, helping his colleague to get John Williams out of the ring. Snake, meanwhile, rams Brian into chain walls two more times, before grabbing him and throwing him over the top rope and back into the ring. From the outside, Snake climbs up the turnbuckles and onto the top rope, his back turned to the grounded Williams. In a rare display of athleticism, Snake comes off the ropes and hits a huge moonsault on Williams!)
FJ: "What a moonsault!"
HS: "A 6`6", 265 pounds moonsault!"
FJ: "But look, I think Snake has hurt his shoulder upon impact."
(Snake can't capitalize on the moonsault and make a cover. Instead he gets onto his feet and holds his shoulder. As he turns around, though, he is greeted with a Low Stunner from Low! Low immediately reaches around Snake and applies the crossface chickenwing. He turns Snake around and pulls back, applying the Low Standard in the middle of the ring. Low is screaming at Snake, who is creaming in pain, blood flowing down Low's face. Finally, Snake has no chance but to tap out! Snake has been eliminated!)
FJ: "Snake is gone! Snake is gone! The two men that started this match will end it! And one of them will once again be the World Heavyweight Champion!"
HS: "The referee is helping Snake out of the ring as he seemingly injured his shoulder. Low and Brian Williams are standing in opposing corners, staring right at each other across the ring."
FJ: "Can you feel the buzz in the crowd, Herb?"
HS: "65.000 people on their feet, waiting for Williams and Low to clash, one on one, for the first time in almost one year!"
(Williams and Low suddenly start simultaneously to walk right into the middle of the ring. Staring right in each other's face they don't say a thing. At the same time they start hitting right fists to their opponent's bloody face, with Low gaining the advantage. He hits a knife edge chop, then another one and another one, but Williams regains control with a knee to Low's midsection.)
FJ: "Listen to them booing for Low and cheering for Williams all of a sudden. Turncoats!"
HS: "Well, that's reward for destroying Santini!"
(Williams now Irish whips Low into the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Low ducks and hits another chop. Williams counters with a boot to Low's gut and then lifts him up for a military press. Low, though, rakes Williams' eyes and is able to struggle free, ending up behind him. He wraps his arms around Williams' waist and hits a huge German suplex. As Low regains his footing the RCA Dome fans are booing. Williams slowly gets back up to his feet, using the ropes for assistance. Low comes running at him full speed and connects with a running clothesline, sending Williams over the top rope and out of the ring where he lands with a thud on the steel floor.)
HS: "They ought to be careful, there are still hundreds of splinters from John Williams' broken chamber."
FJ: "Yes, these men are known for being very careful, Herb."
(Low grabs Williams by the neck and starts ramming him head first into the steel chains. Williams, though, is able to push Low off. He backs him up against the ropes with a well-placed right fist and then whips him into the chains, the a second time and then a third time. He goes for a fourth time, but Low reverses and sends Williams into the chains. Now Low backs Williams up against the ropes, using two more chops. He uses all his remaining strength to whip Williams into the chains once more.)
FJ: "HOLY FUCKING COW!"
HS: "Indeed!!!"
(The force of the 350-pound Williams hitting the well-used chains caused several links to break! Williams practically breaks through the chain wall and falls into the first row of fans! The RCA Dome erupts in another 'Holy shit!' chant.)
FJ: "Holy shit indeed!"
HS: "Apparently the chain links were already weakened by being used so frequently. Brian Williams is lying in the first row of the fans!"
FJ: "And look at the remains of the chain wall hanging down and swinging like a carpet!"
(Low looks stunned himself, but he doesn't waste any time as Williams slowly tries to regain his footing. Low unwraps the tape of his left wrist and wraps it around his right first, but the other way around. He then walks over to the shattered glass chamber and sticks his hand into the glass splinters.)
HS: "Low just got himself a pretty good and LEGAL weapon there!"
FJ: "Smart move by a smart man as the glass sticks to the unwrapped tape."
(As Williams slowly gets back into the Chamber Low already awaits him. He pulls Williams back in by his hair and then nails him with a glass-covered fist right across the already-bloodied forehead.)
FJ: "Well, he can only reopen dried up wounds there."
(Low pulls Williams up to his feet and hits his face for a second time. Williams sinks down to one knee, but Low pulls him back up, leans him against the ropes and sends him back into the ring with the third glass-covered fist. Low follows Williams back into the ring and covers. He gets 1..... 2..... and a kick out! The fans cheer for Williams!)
HS: "Williams is going to fight to regain his World title."
(Low now climbs onto the top rope as Williams slowly gets up and turns around. Low comes off the ropes and nails Williams with a glass-covered axe handle.)
FJ: "You can just see the skin peeling away from Williams' forehead."
(Low now walks over to Williams' legs and picks them up. He steps over, turns Williams around and applies the Low Profile!)
FJ: "The Low Profile! This has won Low many matches!"
HS: "But will it win him this one? Listen to the fans screaming for Williams to fight out of it!"
FJ: "It's surreal, Herb, truly surreal that they would cheer for a two-time murderer!"
HS: "Gimme a break!"
(Williams is obviously in a lot of pain as blood pours down his face and onto the once-blue mat. However, he is actually able to power up and lift his upper body! Low loses his balance and drops to the mat, releasing the Low Profile in the process as the fans go wild.)
HS: "I can't believe he still powered out of the Low Profile at this stage in this match!"
(Low pulls Williams onto his feet, but suddenly Williams explodes with an array of lefts and rights to Low's stomach, finally sending him down with a right to Low's head. He Irish whips Low into the ropes and goes for a big boot, but Low slides through his legs and the applies the crossface chickenwing!)
FJ: "Low Standard! Low Standard!"
HS: "But Williams fights it!"
(Williams tries to bend forward and throw Low over his shoulder, but Low is able to avoid this. Williams, though, uses his free arm to repeatedly elbow Low into the side of his head, forcing him to release the Low Standard. Williams spins around Low, hooks Low's left arm for a half nelson and goes for Fate's Reprisal, but Low uses his right glass-covered fist and hits Williams right into the face and onto his possibly broken nose, once, twice, three times, until Williams is forced to release Fate's Reprisal. Low grabs Williams by the head and sends him over with a snapmare, but Williams is quickly back on his feet. Low with a kick to Williams gut and then the Low Stunner! Low crawls over to Williams and covers. He gets 1..... 2..... 3! Brian Williams is eliminated! Low wins!)
FJ: "New Champion! New Champion!"
HS: "Low has finally pinned Brian Williams fifteen months after their first meeting and eleven after their last. Low is now for the sixth time the World Heavyweight Champion!"
(The vast majority of the fans boo as "Metal Machine Music, Part 4" begins to play. Low gets up to his knees with an exhausted look on his face. The referee hands him the World title belt and Low clutches it and holds it to his chest.)
HS: "We have witnessed one of the most brutal matches in AWA history. Each of these men will feel their bodies tomorrow morning. Some of them might not wrestle for a long time, all of them have left several months of their careers inside this Chamber, but only one man walks out the World Heavyweight Champion, and that man, ladies and gentlemen, is Low!"
FJ: "We saw glass break, chains break, The Equalizer, Lethal Louise, Brian Williams turning on Dave Santini and so much more. But right now all eyes are on the six-time AWA World Champion!"
(Low finally makes it up to his feet with the referee's assistance. He raises the belt high into the air and looks down at Williams. Low nods at Williams and then walks over to the camera, saying 'This one's for you, Ramona!' Low then walks up the aisle, turning once more towards the Chamber and raising the World title belt up into the air as the AWA logo appears and the cameras fade to black.)
